Perfect place to stay, rooms great,bedding super comfortable

After doing pre check in and saying we were going to arrive around 2 - 2.30pm we arrived early at 1.48pm thinking surely it should be ready for us!! No they hadn’t even started cleaning our room yet and were told to come back in an hr and it should be done!! We just wanted to check in and have a rest before going out!! Not very good room was not ready for the normal check in time of 2pm let alone I didn’t get keys until 2.50pm!!

Had a good stay at Williamstown North, apartment was lovely and warm in freezing weather, very clean and lovely staff. Mattresses were very firm and water pressure was non-existent. Was super location for where we needed to be, easy walk to supermarket.

The space was lovely and there were beautiful wetlands walking paths around

Great stay. People at reception were amazing. When I said my husband would have trouble with the stairs they gladly changed us to a ground floor apartment. The location was a surprise with lovely wetland walks within meters of our room.

Quest had everything we needed and more. Very clean and tidy. very spacious Lovely outlook. Specified parking right at the door Would definitely go back. Thanks to Katie for looking after us while we were there :)

Great stay

The location of this accommodation is great, walks along the wetlands are enjoyable. The accommodation could do with a renovation, paint patches on walls, broken tiles in the bathroom. Bed felt like it use to accommodate a family of sea lions. Nothing a few $$ wouldn't fix.
