We stay at Atlántida very often but this time wasn’t that good. We didn’t have soap in the shower which was an issue because before the hotel used to have sponges, toothbrush, combs etc this nothing was available in our room.

Great hotel with parking. Close to shopping center and in a walking distance from city center.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was excellent. Great breakfast. The location was very central. I do plan on returning to the Canary Islands and when I am in Santa Cruz, I’ll be staying here again.

This hotel failed where it matters; a moving bed with hard mattress, low quality pillows and a lacklustre shower that varied in temperature to make showering unpleasant. Bathroom towels were forgotten. The bathroom cardboard cups disintegrated by day 3! There was a kettle, coffee, tea & sugar, but no milk; reception told us to go to the restaurant! Replacement coffee was forgotten, in the end we bought our own supplies from a supermarket, it was easier. I had booked a Silken hotel in Zaragoza for October, but will now be cancelling. I do not recommended this hotel.

Nice room, the highlight was the breakfast spread which was excellent. Parking not immediately obvious but after a trip round the block, I found it.

Clean, great location downtown

The Director and the other executive staff were very professional, polite And friendly!! The food was delicious. We were very impressed with their positive attitude. We stayed in for three weeks. it was our second time in Silken Hotel . Tenerife. We hardly recommend it to everyone!!

Nice clean hotel good location. Glass lift with amazing views. Will stay here again.

The receptionist was pretty helpful. It was confusing to find parking even though he did try to explain it. The amenities I’m sure are good, but they close at 9pm so you can’t really enjoy much in the evening after dinner. Room was fairly clean. What was most irritating is that there was a light directly above the door (inside the room) that you can’t turn off and it is fairly bright while trying to sleep. Very odd.

A great place with friendly staff, had a mini-emergency on our trip and they helped me locate a 24 hour pharmacy to get medicine!
