The hotel was conveniently located, but very outdated. It’s on a busy street and the windows are not well insulated, so if you want a quiet evening, it’s not ideal. Not many people speak English, which was a shame, but not a deal breaker. Service and breakfast was very good.

The hotel staff is amazing — incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick to help with anything you need. From the reception to the breakfast team, everyone was exceptionally welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is fantastic — a true Brazilian spread with plenty of delicious options! The location is also excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in São Paulo!

Great place! Staff was very nice all the time. Apartment was clean and cozy. Less than 2 blocks from Paulista avenue and subwaystation. Excelent location. This is a keeper. I will be back for sure.

All staff are polite, professional and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and generous. Room is spacious. There is some construction at this moment around the hotel, but that's not their fault. Excellent central location. I will return.

Very convenient location in SP. The staff and common areas are nice. The breakfast doesn't have a lot of selection and the Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

I was there for a very short period of time. Actually my first time to Brazil. And I find everybody was accommodating, courteous, and very polite. My Portuguese does not exist but everybody had the patience to assist me. I thought the staff was very kind.

The staff was super nice, but the building and installations were outdated. Needs a bit of an overhaul. I love the location, very convenient. Breakfast was good but coffee was not good at all.
