La limpieda de nano es limpio

I paid for an ocean view room and I got the back of the hotel. Can’t connect to WiFi and non staff can help , say connection is bad. I asked for help only front desk can assist and lines are long and only one person is at the desk. Not what I expected for my girdt time using Expedia .

Excelent resort!

Overall I had a great experience at hotel Tesoro Manzanillo.

Our family enjoyed the entertainment every evening and the activities during the day at the pool.

The rooms are clean, but they need to have more divercity of food and the bar tenders are not polite.

Rooms are ok except the mattress there dirty and smell like mold.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The food was amazing. Overall great experience.

Beautiful hotel, great rooms, and a location that cant be beat --right on the beach. Service was lacking and the food was not great. Go out to eat as much as you can.

The children's area is a definite plus for parents with toddlers.

The reason I gave the 3 stars was in the way the staff was unable to solve or escalate our needs. I reserved a room with 2 beds and ocean view, upon my arrival I got a room with a king size bed. Beautiful view, but 1 bed. It took them over an hour to give me a room with 2 beds whenIhad made my reservationfora room with two beds. Once I got the new room we were not pleased with the view. It was a partial view. Once I told them about the view they made us wait until the next day after 3 pm to give us the new room. Another complain is the internet, we couldn't get a good signal and the T.V. never worked. Didn't have service our whole stay. We kept calling the only reply was they're working on it. The keys to the room had to be reactivated every day and sometimes more than once. That was very inconvenient.

Restful and very professional staff. Always helpful and willing to speak with me in Spanish so I could practice.

Load noises all night and poor room quality. Paid way too much to stay here.

I feel like we got scammed because we booked with Expedia and paid in full then when we arrived they told me I had to pay for an additional ticket because they had different information on their end even though I called customer service Expedia could not help me. I ended up paying it because we were exhausted. The check in took over an hr. I was extremely disappointed. Other than that it was perfect for my kids and food is not the greatest.

La bahía excelente, la fruta muy buena, los platos fuertes no me convencieron. Todo limpio y buena atención.

Our room was very damp, moist. Covers were wet and damp. Not sure it was due the ocean or poor room ventilation. Hallway was so noisy, weddind from musicnight until 2am. Music was so loud you could hear it from the 15th floor

The bathroom toilet did not work, the phone in the room did not work and we killed a couple of roaches.
