The swimming pool requires wearing swimming cap, which is nice though I couldn't enjoy until I got one. Be careful of the hot bath. That's so much hot that I couldn't put my whole body under the water

The parking was convenient but each time I trued to leave the lot would try to charge for parking so I would need to go back inside the hotel to fix it. Also the quality of the breakfast buffet was not as good as the last few visits.

This was our first time staying at a Sofitel hotel and we enjoyed almost everything. We stayed on the club level and Jason, the young man taking care of the clubroom, was extraordinary in terms of his friendliness and attention. The breakfast buffet was reasonably good with bacon almost like western style in terms of crispiness. The pool was a major factor in selecting this hotel but we were disappointed in its configuration. Each end of the pool was very shallow and the middle of the pool was deeper. This made it almost impossible to do any kind of a turn and do lap swimming. The other amenities connected to the pool and the gym were top-notch. There was a hot tub in the public area so both men and women could use it and there were same sex hot tubs and saunas in the locker rooms. The hotel was about 70 m from the subway exit which made it convenient to access from the train station.

The room was great and good breakfast. They are renovating some floors so was a little dirty in places.

Excellent and fantastic service especially Susan who helped us to check in at the counter immediately after our arrival.Ms Stella ,the staff at the executive lounge was very helpful arranged food for us despite working for more than 12 hours,so as her colleagues.Hotel had just been renovated so everything were new.It is located near to metro station and made travelling easy.

The hotel is perfect in any sense! Luxurious, clean, extremely friendly and professional staff! Everyone is willing to help! I am grateful to Stela for her help in offering me comfortable room, and asking everyday “Do you guis need anything?”, “How can we help”. Then Gabby the hotel manager offered us corporate rate for our feature stays! I do highly recommend this hotel and am confident that you’ll get the most for the money!!!

Very pleasant and enjoyable stay at the Sofitel in Shenyang. The FOM Kobe has personally make sure of all my request is taken care and rest of staffs are friendly and professional. A definite recommendation to everyone and will stay with Sofitel again if I’m back in Shenyang in the future.

We had a great stay at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and the rooms were amazing! Clean, wonderfully decorated and with all the things in it we needed. I look forward to staying here again.

Extremely noisy due to constructions in the hotel.

I arrived very late after a long delay and had the pleasant surprise of being upgraded to a suite. Beautiful with all the amenities. The hotel is what you would expect of a Sofitel, clean, comfortable and spacious. I liked it that there is a convenience store in a little side road by the hotel and some street vendors selling fruit. Check out was little slow, they seemed overwhelmed with a large group. Will stay again.

It was pretty standard specifications for Sofitel, albeit somewhat dated fixtures and deco. However, great service, friendly staff and comfortable rooms more than make up for it!

I love this hotel and always stay here when I'm in Shenyang. The staff are so friendly, swimming pool, gym and sauna, the food is really good.

I have stayed in the hotel twice on 28th Nov and 4th Dec 2016. The staff of the hotel are friendly, but the facilities are a bit old. The bed is a bit hard.

room extremely well appointed, high quality coffee and French press coffee maker in room was wonderful. Breakfast buffet prepared by staff under supervision of French chef who made couple trips to dining area to "check on status" was great. Breakfast pastries were light, crusty, rich, basic depending on the broad array offered.
