It’s a solid property, well cared for but distant from the tourist sites. It was fine for us.

Eau chaude inversée sur le lavabo ch 171 = petite brûlure, bornes de recharges inexploitables, tête de douche qui éclabousse un peu partout car fuite....'on doit sortir du véhicule à chaque fois que l'on doit rentrer dans le parking car sonnette contre le mur, l'hôtel n'est pas catastrophique et le personnel est sympa, mais pas au 'iveau d'un 4 étoiles à ce prix sans un gros coup de neuf

Location is convenient. Room is modern, spacious and clean with very comfortable bed. Staff is friendly. Will use again in future visits.

The room is very clean, but our room was demp, likely it is close to the indoor swimming poor.

Doors don't close well be careful. Mini deck that was rotten. Door to deck did not lock

Courteous staff,hotel had indoor and outdoor pool .The center was 15 minute drive and you definitely need a car .City is walkable ,not so much outside city.

I stayed here to be near the TGV train station for an early train. I nearly missed my train because a delivery truck for the hotel blocked my car and made me spend a lot of extra time getting the staff to finally convince the driver to move. Parking arriving was difficult since restaurant guests also use the lot. No other parking nearby. Property is near crematorium and funeral homes. Tiny garbage can inadequate for tourists. The cleaning staff obviously works very hard to keep the place very clean and I feel sorry for them.

This was a beautiful hotel with the friendliest staff! The breakfast was delicious! The pools are gorgeous!! The bathrooms were spacious and luxurious!! I highly recommend this hotel!

This was a lovely hotel, good facilities and friendly staff. A bit further out then we would have liked but bus stop just outside hotel was easy to navigate.

This is a lovely hotel to stay in and we had connecting rooms which was brilliant. Check in was very easy and staff were polite. The only down size is that the hotel is not in walking distance to the main part of Avignon. The pool and garden areas are lovely and relaxing.

Location was inconvenient. No restaurants nearby and hotel restaurant has a very limited menu and is closed on Sunday. Staff was not helpful. Room was very small. couldn't use the balcony. On the plus side bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good. Do not recommend this location.
