GREAT PROPERTY ACCESABLE TO BEACH AND COVE EXPERIANCE STORES, SNACKS AND DINING WALKABLE

Very nice hotel we were in room 162 shower would not stay hot big swings in temperature

This resort was so beautiful and made us feel like we really were in an island. From the moment we arrived, valet was very friendly, front desk staff efficient, concierge/bellhop very accommodating. The room was a perfect size for two adults and two young children. The beds were very comfortable. The entire resort was very family friendly and there were alot of activities for kids and guests of all ages. The private Bay Area was really nice and being able to walk across the street to mission beach is really accessible. We didn’t eat at the resort but the menu looked amazing! Lava Java was delicious. Very eager to stay here again!

This was a great family resort , big roomy hot tub free arcade games nice pool right on bay and beach walking distance to everything including Belmont park . Staff was very welcoming and it has a cool Polynesian theme

I liked the tropical theme of the hotel, it looked like it was in Hawaii

What a unique beautiful resort! Enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay. Easy to get to and catch an Uber to downtown in just about 15 minutes. Walkable to many different places. Friendly staff and comfortable room. I will definitely be staying here again!

It's a great property in a terrific location.

We have stayed a few times at the Catameran, I came here alot as a child with my family as well. The rooms could absolutley use an update but this last visit our room was not very clean. In additon to the lack of cleanliness, we were "upgraded" to a room without consent, just told when the keys were handed over to us. We originally booked a resort view room which I was excited for because its a beautiful resort but was given a tower room on the 10th floor. Once we got to the room and was uncomfortable given the height and having a toddler and the lack of cleanleness we immediatly called the front desk to ask for our original room only to be told they are fully booked which means they never had our room we booked in advance avaliable in the first place. My husband went to speak to the manager who was very unprofressinal and rude and when he said we may leave she responded with "Okay." No customer service at all. Very sad as this was a place we have stayed at and loved but the lack of compassion from their staff has contemplating ever staying again!

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. We had to wait for almost a hour before we could get in our room . The room is very basic. For almost $500 per day! No tub, no bidet. Toiletries no daily supply. And a lot more. Very disappointing experience!

It was the night of our Wedding. The staff was amazing and they upgraded us to King Suite.

Be careful you get the room you book online with Expedia. Reserved a King Garden room, first hit dbl Queen looking at the parking structure. When I questioned this, they said they were sold out and only had same room facing the family Pool.

Meal options at a decent price were not existent. $19 Avacado Toast!!!! Give me a break! Check in time was 4pm, we arrived a little early hoping to get in and couldn't but that wasn't a problem. The problem was, the front staff told me I would receive a text letting us know the room was ready, well, 5pm rolled around and no text came. I had to walk all the way back to the front desk with out bags to see if it was actually ready which it was.

Great location and fantastic on-site beach area in Mission Bay. Pool wasn't well maintained and understaffed, but when you're across the street from a great beach, why are you at the pool? Restaurants were super pricey, so I recommend walking to one of the several restaurants close by for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Felt like a jungle area throughout the resort. Fantastic restaurant and bar. Perfect location. Right on the bay and across the street from the beach.

Landscaping was beautiful with ponds and tropical plants.

Beautiful tropical vibe. Staff on point and location perfect.

Loved the Hawaiian vibe with the lush grounds , koi ponds, meandering pathways. Location is great located on Mission Bay with the calm waters and clean beaches. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice dining options on site and walkable.
