The breakfast was a big disappointment . The moment working, there was not friendly . The hotel room itself had a very bad odor The alarm clock was flashing upon check-in, which they could not fix The elevator was very loud and bumpy The faucet in my room was leaking The fridge in the room did not get cold Two cars got broken into I tried to change my reservation. They wanted to charge me and were unable to help me out at all !

We always enjoy staying at this location. The staff are amazing. The breakfast is one of the best we have encountered. The pool/hot tub/waterslide are really well maintained. We did have room 209...a king suite. We could hear the elevators but our sound machines covered that for us.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by how incredibly clean and well-maintained everything was. The space was neat, tidy, and clearly cared for. We’ve stayed in several hotels over the past year, and this was by far the cleanest, which made a huge difference in our overall experience. The front desk staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive atmosphere throughout our stay. The only downside was the breakfast. While it was offered until a certain time, many of the options were already picked over well before it ended, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again, especially for the cleanliness and excellent service.

This is a wonderful place to stay when travelling with pets. Our pups were welcomed by treats, blankets and towels in the room and there’s a small fenced in off-leash area for them to stretch their legs. We usually travel with our fur babies and haven’t found many places that go the extra mile to include them in the experience. It was much appreciated. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and we had no complaints.

Clean and cozy

This hotel was great! Very clean and had a variety to offer for continential breakfast. As someone who is gluten free I asked about food options and was told what was safe for me as well as presented some other options that weren't on display. The water slide and pool are very fun! It was awesome when the hotel was relatively quiet and we had the pool to ourselves. I will say - later in the evening when the pool was busy it was kind of overwhelming. The water slide creates a current and takes up the majoirty of the pool space. Not a large pool when factoring in room left for people sliding so definitely try and plan around "busier" pool times if you have some younger kiddos.
