Breakfast could be better quality

This is my second time I stayed at this hotel.

Breakfast and internet service

Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was crowded but the staff was cordial. Adequate parking and close to all business locations in Markham and Scarborough.

Perfectly serviceable hotel without bells and whistles. Clean room - linens and towels were fresh and bright, bathroom was spotless. Huge kudos to the housekeeping team! In an industrial park - car is a must if you’re planning to see the city. There is a good-sized parking lot. Breakfast was as expected - hot and filling, with plenty of breads, muffins, spreads, cereals etc - but there is a rush and seating is very limited. Coffee machines make delicious coffee but are slow - might be useful to have a couple of pots of drip coffee on hand for those who aren’t looking for a specialty brew. Overall, a great choice for east Toronto/ Scarborough. I would definitely stay there again!

I paid £700 for 5 nights, so this is not a budget hotel price, however this was absolutely a budget hotel by experience! At check in I’m told that they don’t do a clean for first 5 nights. I don’t know any hotel that do not clean more regularly. Breakfast was basic, paper plates and plastic cutlery and have to clear our own plates. No hot vegan option at all! Though rooms not cleaned, I would expect the in room tea/coffee facilities to be refreshed but I went 2 days without it in the room. This was not worth £700. The hotel should not be called executive at all. Call it what it is, a budget hotel and price it accordingly.

Very Clean bathroom.

Mattress was very uncomfortable. I had to start my day at 6am because I couldn’t tolerate lying in bed any longer.

Staff are terrible and not helpful at all.

Staff not friendly. I made a mistake at their breakfast buffet and I told the staff that I was so sorry, but the kitchen staff didn't show empathy at all. She gave me attitude instead and gossiped it to a co worker. BWP, kindly pls teach ur staff to be empathetic. Also, their female receptionist didnt smile the entire time we stayed there.

Rooms were clean, staff were accommodating. Chlorine in pool area had a strong smell, pool area was clean though. Breakfast was good.

Beds we not the best, they felt like more like motel beds
