The pool it very nice

Location,location location! Its a great little hotel in the middle of everything. Restaurants, shops,coffee. You can walk everywhere. The one thing we did not like at all is the parking(if you don’t need a car great, but we needed one) You have to walk about 2 blocks to the parking area. No one will bring your car. You have to call the front desk ask them to open the parking lot wait there until someone comes and opens it. As a guest it’s too much of a hassle especially on tired days of walking and sightseeing and of course you have to carry all your luggage or whatever you have.

Warm reception and attentive to our family. Our daughter left her teddy and they called us while we were on the road so we could circle back and retrieve it. Saved our trip!

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado en el centro de merida, cerca de la plaza santa Lucia. Pero las instalaciones no son tan modernas, a las habitaciones les hace falta una renovacion. Seria bueno tambien que instalaran una zona con un microondas y mini refrigerador y un distribuidor de agua fria, caliente, le facilitaria mucho la vida a las familias con nin̈os pequen̈os.

Very centric, excellent location, lots of shops and nightime activities for everyone. Clean room, washroom very small but ok. Pool area is very nice with the vegetation. Staff very helpful and accomodating with requests.

Location is amazing!! Near by restaurants and a lot of activities available in that area. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is a bit outdated could definitely improve, but overall great experience staying there.

Martha the front desk reception was delightful and we enjoyed chatting with her. She gave us good tips, on where to go and find enjoyable meals and entertainment. The room was large and comfortable. I would have liked having nightstand on my side of the bed. They had washcloths! The pictures of the pool area were very nice, but did not reflect the reality of the pool. It needed a lot of management. The water was too cold. Needs solar heating. Breakfast was good, but expected more than pan Bimbo. For the price we had a fantastic time at this hotel!

The staff was great but the toliet didn’t work.

Small and cozy. Very clean entry. Swimming pool is small, but cozy to sit and relax.

El. Hotel que cumple con lo requerido, sin altas expectativas. Detalles que no evitan tener una estancia placentera. Excelente ubicacion. Mostrar mas interes en mtto del edificio. Ella. Hotel con sus virtudes y desperfectos. Minisplit enfriaba muy bien, solo hacia un ruido como Clack! cada determinado tiempo. Regadera de baño, tiraba el agua hacia el "area seca". Temperatura del agua muy bien. Secadora de pelo y plancha, se tenian que solicitar a recepción y recogerla uno mismo. Telefono no funcionaba, para llamar a recepcion habia que usar nuestro telefono. Lampara de buro fuera de servicio. Television en veces dejaban de verse los canales. Alberca cerrada un dia, como que le faltaba mas limpieza. Limpieza de cuartos, en veces no se llevaban la basura como botellas de basura y/o vaciar bote de basura. Buena ubicación, bien en general.

Photos exaggerate style and elegance which are lacking- at least in the reception, the bedroom we had. The first bedroom was a dump and we were moved to a better but basic bedroom. Front desk staff speak Spanish and do not try too hard to communicate. There is free hotel car parking around the corner so ask for it. The parking attendant is helpful. Small swimming pool is ok. FYI: Merida and Yucatán Peninsula is no longer inexpensive. Top dollar is being charged for very mediocre accommodation and food. most cenotes are now over-visited. About my 5th visit to Yucatán but unlikely to return.

Everything was ok until check out.. i stayed for at least a week and the final day of stay they overcharged late check out feee.. for 30min late after check out time, 12 pm. The customer service is non existence , the cleaning staff is great and the facilities are good. They never tell you upfront they will charge for 30 min late check out.. For sure never go back to this place

Super nice staff. Room was clean. Plumbing was less than expected (shower & toilet) great location. AC just ok, room amenities underwhelming. That said the price was super low and as such the room was a great value
