The location was good and the staff was very nice. The property is a bit rundown. Room was a bit small, as well as the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Thank you for the delicious cookies in the evening!

I stayed here before my tour and after. It is not in the best location but the staff is very friendly and I slept well. The airport shuttle is a great perk and very dependable.

Great stay. Front desk very friendly. Not the greatest area but I slept well which was the main reason I stayed here and it was $100 cheaper than other places.

Check-in and checking out were very smooth. The room was clean and spacious and exceeded our needs. The only complaint was that the couch seemed old and wasn't very comfortable, but that's minor compared to the over all space. The bed was comfortable and we slept well.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and water pressure and temperature for shower was the best of the trip.

Asked for 7:30 am wake up call the they woke us up at 7:30 pm instead. Breakfast was lousy, Someone pulled the fire alarm at 5:30 am and we all had to stand outside in the rain . there was no fire found. A vagrant guy with teretz was annoying the guess,One guest said he was knocking at their door at 5am. I should get a refund staying at the hotel from hell.

Quiet location. Clean nice room. Nice staff. Breakfast was pathetic.

Perfect spot for an overnight.

The bed was terrible - was very uncomfortable. We asked for a room with better bed. Bed was same in 2nd room. Bathroom was clean but no handrails in tub/shower which I thought was mandatory in hotel rooms. I was scared of slipping getting in and out of tub.

Our check in process was smooth, the gentleman that checked us in was the only helpful staff during our entire stay. The room was sufficient. After that, everything was poor at best. Multiple charges for the same stay. Poorly trained, unfriendly, staff. The surrounding area was dirty, unsafe, and inundated with homeless that come in and out of the lobby anytime the lobby doors were unlocked. Outside the homeless approach guests and ask for things. Hotel has no security on premise, very limited security cameras, and makes no attempt at informing guests of incidents with the homeless including car break ins right in their own parking lot(occured more than once during our stay). If you need a place to stay one night, fine. Would not recommend anything longer.

I paid for late checkout after 2 nights stay. However, I was thrown from a horse and returned with a broken shoulder. I told the front desk I would need to extend my stay a few days to stabilize before the long flights bsck to Texas. Asked if a lower rate was possible, was told to just use Hotels.com to pay for the nights. No offer to help me either do that or get to my room. No offer of help the next morning as I attempted to get breakfast while in severe pain and a sling. Ordered Uber food the rest of the stay, stabilizing on pain pills. On the 5th day, I said I had paid for late checkout, but was told to pay another half day rate to stay until 6pm, 2 hours before myb flight. Again, no offers of help for anything, no one checked on me. The shuttle driver did bring my bags from my 4th floor room. This hotel was not booked solid. There was no reason not to be compassionate and give me a decent rate on the extension and the extra half day was extreme money-grubbing for nonreason. All in all, this stay cost over $1500 for 5 days. Good breakfast here, uncaring people.

Not much to do or eat around hotel. Have to take taxi everywhere.
