A comfortable hotel with good restaurant. Above all incredibly friendly and helpful staff

Grwat restaurant, lovely staff.

It was kind of like a motel / hotel. I really did like the person that we checked in with - he was very helpful and had a good sense of humor.

Everything was delightfull.Very welcoming staff .fabulous breakfast would highly recomend

Staff was very friendly! Lounge area was nice and cozy. Daily breakfast was breakfast at the very least. Our rooms heating was not working. Brought it to the staffs attention and they tried to fix it. It still wasn’t fully working but was tolerable. The pillows and mattress were not ideal and left us with sleepless nights. The hallways leading to the rooms have a peculiar smell to them and the bathroom held the stench of mildew. Again, i would like to put emphasis on how kind the staff was and were the best part of our stay. But the room was below satisfactory and left disappointed with an aching back and shoulders.

We arrived quite late at night and I was grateful for the really quick and easy check in. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was a good size for 3 people and had every thing that we needed. The breakfast was great there was plenty of choice and the food was good quality. There was a game room and trampolines outside which is great if travelling with children. Great location if visiting Legoland

The staff were fantastic, nice facility, breakfast was delicious with a great selection and the Lego house and Lego land were within walking distance if you have kids or are a kid at heart! We really enjoyed our stay, fantastic water pressure in the shower!

Too expensive for what they offer

Nice and quiet place, close to free shuttle bus. Close to water park and Lego land.

We wanted to visit Billund for the Lego House and Legoland. Presumably that's why hotels charge so much. Hotel is more like a motel with basic facilities and room was ridiculously hot but it was convenient to Legoland and the House so we enjoyed our stay.

Basic functional rooms, great breakfast and the restaurant was fabulous, within easy walk of lego land and billund.

I don’t know Expedia/Google rate this hotel 4 stars. It’s great quality for 2.5-3 stars but there’s no AC or even fans, rooms are almost all 1st floor so you can’t open windows comfortably at night (they have no screens). With 4 people in a room, our room is about 26c(80f) as we toss all night sleeping on top of covers with sheets coming off the beds. There is no safe, or drawers to put clothes. The staff was great, as was location and breakfast. I just wish I knew it was more like a motel than hotel. Apparently there are a few nicer suites that I can’t speak to, but the standard room was not as expected.

We had s family visit with three generations and we had three rooms. Great clean hotel, nice quiet location but withing walking distance from Legoland, bus stops and Billund centre. Breakfast was great, kids loved making their own pancakes and black currant juice from the tap was a novelty. Children's playground could have been bigger and we would have loved an outdoor area with seats away from the restaurant. Also a mini fridge would have been handy in the summer heat:) Very happy to recommend this hotel, with or without children
