The only good thing about this hotel is the location, awful stay.

I was wholly unimpressed, definitely not a 4 star property. I stayed there 20 years ago and nothing has changed, just deteriorated. I had issues whilst there and the hotel could not help and referred me to hotel.com I have emailed hotel.com twice to raise my complaint issue and received no response! The hotel and hotel.com have not provided the service you would expect

All was excellent

This hotel is a 2 stars max, one of our worst experience hotel during our trip. With hotel.com, we were classified vip and have a possible avantage to be upgrade but the employé at the front desk do not even try to check at our demand. Anyway after saw the décoration and the state of this hotel, I'm sure there no other room adéquate. The only think positive is the location near the chateau de versaille. The wall of our room is Paint with a dark green where we saw a liquid falling the wall. Berkkkk.

Room was very clean. I suffer from allergies and it’s rare to sleep in a hotel room that doesn’t affect me, yet I woke up from a really good sleep to find myself breathing freely. I also almost never sleep well but i slept so good last night, even better than at home

No food onsite. Main issue. Otherwise it’s conveniently located. Walk to Versailles palace n gardens n rooms are very pretty and good sized. We got the deluxe. Staff very helpful.

Only reason I give it a 4 star is caz there was no onsite food. Although close to restaurants, a few nights we just wanted to stay in and didn’t have the option. Otherwise great. Walk to Versailles palace n gardens. Staff helpful to schedule us a transport to Le Havre to catch our ship. Rooms, lobby and bar areas were nice

Breakfast was sufficient. The room was very rundown. The hotel grounds require some attention The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location if considering a trip to the Palace of Versailles.

The property itself is small but it’s clean. The room decor was pretty. New carpets would make a big difference. Staff were exceptional: So friendly and took pity on me and my terrible attempts at speaking French. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The location cannot be denied. Moments to the Chateau, walkable to any number of bars and eateries. Also parking at an incredibly reasonable rate, although look out for your wheels getting into the underground lot (Model Y drivers will know what I mean!).

Hotel Le Versailles is a great hotel located conveniently near Versailles. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast selections were excellent. Whether staying for a night or an extended stay, the staff and accommodations will make you feel welcomed and comfortable!

Amazing location very close to the Chateau and the old town tourist square and restaurants. The morning and mid day receptionist (Lena?) was exceptional in every way.

A beautiful, well-heated room. No complaints at all. We parked on the street right next to the hotel (metered parking), didn't have breakfast. The hotel is very close to the palace.

The room was clean, only the carpet looked dirty on the edges.

Just steps from the Louvre Palace makes this hotel very convenient if you are visiting the Palace. The rooms are clean but the space is awkward and is very dark due to dark walls and poor lighting. Amenities are a minimum. Front desk staff was very kind.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located a short walking distance to the Palace of Versailles making it easy to visit. The staff were very helpful.
