The entire motel is so clean and our room was comfortable. Great bed and pillows and quiet! We had a great complimentary breakfast buffet on the Sunday complete with excellent coffee.

We checked into our room it was clean and everything, but there was no heat so they moved us to a new room. The hotel was clean and everything like that the following day we lost all our food at the resort due to the fridge stopped working.

Lovely staff…coffee and lemon water in the lobby …very welcoming. Love the onsite pub..had a great supper there. Easy walking with pets…..would stay again!

The room, mostly bathroom didn’t feel very clean.

Pub, liquor store, pool, hot tub and sauna all within the hotel. Very convenient. Great location, easy to get to Main Street shopping, restaurants or the ski hill. The first room we had, there was an issue with the heat. They immediately looked at it and were not able to fix at the moment. So, we were upgraded to the king suite room for the rest of the trip. Very nice sized room with mountain views. We would definitely recommend and book again.

Very clean, breakfast staff were incredible, good amenities - overall great value!

We had a great room with a comfortable bed. The staff was accommodating when we had our travel plans change due to poor weather. They also pointed out that we had inadvertantly double booked the room and worked with the Expedia folks to facilitate a refund.

Room was soacious! We had a pet room, was clean, they gave us chew bones for the dog and poop bags, nice touch!

A diesel bus for the mine workers was parked outside my window. Due to the cold the bus was started up 3am and ran all night - it was very loud and was not able to sleep!! Called the front desk and asked them to move the bus but they told me that there is nothing they can do!! Such a shame - it is a nice hotel but I will never stay there again!!

Nice spacious room, great bed, very comfortable. The breakfast was very good Excellent for the price. The only small suggestion is that the closet doors were heavy and didn’t close so easily. Overall excellent!

Property was clean, staff was friendly, my only complaint is the pillows could use a refresh.
