Beautiful hotel near the luxury outlet mall and wineries. About 20 minutes from Niagara Falls by car. They sent a special treat to our room to celebrate my daughter’s birthday!

Staff were amazing. Rooms clean. Location excellent.

It is a beautiful property, well-landscaped with flowers everywhere. The staff are extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. Little touches in the room really put it a step above. Earplugs, a Nespresso machine, quality shampoo and conditioner. The Club is amazing. Top notch gym equipment and the steam room was heavenly. We had breakfast at Liv and it was delicious. Our server was very genuine and lovely. Really excellent.

Very noisy

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at White Oaks Resort and Spa very much! It is a Top Shelf place to stay. The staff is extremely professional and completely dedicated to making your stay here exceptional. They were professionally dressed, courteous, and got the job done with what ever your need was. The rooms are extremely clean and well kept. They are modern and beautifully decorated to give you a relaxing calm feel as a spa should. The whole resort is beautiful. The restaurants are affordable and the decor is so beautiful and elegant. The grounds are well kept and are lovely to walk around and enjoy. We will be back soon!

We loved this place! The staff was excellent and the room was fantastic! They have a spa onsite and the pool and hot tub were also great. Great location with easy parking and good insite dining options. Wound highly recommend!
