Always a great place to stay

unfortunately had a very difficult time resting. The room temperature was consistently too high, causing me to wake up sweating multiple times throughout the night. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep, which was the main purpose of my stay. I hope the hotel can look into the HVAC system for this room, as it made the experience quite uncomfortable. I would like to return, but the lack of climate control was a major issue

Excellent stay. Amazing staff

This is must stop when in the Niagara area. Staff are so exceptionally kind and welcoming. Rooms are tastefully done. There is so much to do as a fitness club with pool, tennis, squash, spa and really good restaurants will keep you busy. The wonderful Mall is across the road. We keep coming back. And it is so close to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. I always tell my friends about this fantastic, family run luxury hotel.

Clean room. Perfect place for a vacation

Staff were most welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived, until departure. Our room was clean, comfortable and pleasing. Play Bar and Grill had an outstanding selection of excellent food and drinks.

Love visiting WhiteOaks!! It's our little getaway from reality. Staff are always lovely, rooms are perfect an atmosphere lovely. Counting down the days until we return.

Clean room and staff was very attentive and friendly

My family and I stayed here recently attending a dance competition. Highly recommend this hotel, for anyone looking for a getaway, business trip, spa retreat , this hotel has it all. Everything was immaculate and the staff were so incredibly friendly. We we will definitely be back!

The service is outstanding and the food/drinks quality is superior. I am always very happy with the welcome reception from the concierge. Everyone does their job so well and happily and we look forward each year to returning to Whiteoaks. The food is well prepared and the helpings are large. We love this hotel and it’s a great weekend away from home.

Fantastic stay every time!

Room clean but dated. Sauna and Steam room (or Club) even swim pool and jacuzzi are shared with public, make them crowded and unpleasant.

This hotel was top notch with regards to cleanliness. The room we stayed in (410) had a beautifully renovated washroom/granite walk in shower with a rain shower head. Absolutely lovely! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The robes provided in the room were thick and cozy. They have a safe inside the room for valuable items. The floor was quiet and therefore the guests are respectful of the quiet (11pm to 7am) policy. The grounds were well kept. The staff were welcoming, very friendly, and provided excellent customer service. The spa was fabulous and is highly recommended for those looking to enhance their rest and relaxation experience.
