I had a wonderful experience at Up Congreso Hotel during my recent trip to Buenos Aires. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Congress Palace and a short walk to iconic spots like Palacio Barolo and Café Tortoni. The room was modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything I needed—comfortable bed, Smart TV, and reliable WiFi. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist with local recommendations and quick check-in. The complimentary coffee was a nice touch, and the jacuzzi in my premium room was perfect for unwinding. Great value for money and a prime spot for exploring the city. I’d definitely return!

Nice hotel in a good location. The rooms were pleasant and comfortable and the service was great. The bathroom wasn't the biggest and we had issue with the shower screen leaking water down the side of the bath, but overall good

In my room I couldn’t get WiFi and when I got some signal it was inestable

I would have liked this hotel just fine, except for the fact that when we went it was extremely hot and the airconditioning didnt really work at all.

All good in this hotel. Comfi bed. Very friendly staff. Safe hotel but the bathroom was smallest that I ever had in my life

We loved our stay here, had smart TV and Netflix which was amazing and clean bathroom and sheets! Just a little noisy outside but nothing crazy!

Helpful staff when I asked questions. Overall very clean and modern. Weird bathtub door thing made it easy to drip water on the floor. Window didn't have good sound insulation but it wasn't the busiest street.

The front desk staff were very polite, helpful, and courteous. The price for my stay was very reasonable as well. Thank you to all the employees at the Up Congreso Hotel!

I would recommend it is in the center of the city and everything that goes with that, but the staff was exceptional and the room was comfortable and basic, and very clean. I would stay there again.

Very good location and cute place

Not bad for the price, but very small hotel and not services, its good for one night, cheap.

The room temperature was not satisfactory. Often it was very cold for 2 out of 4 days and required multiple attempts to address on both day 1 and 2 of stay. Outside of that, hotel is centrally located and in a safe area

En general, un excelente relacion calidad/precio, el staff amable, unos mas que otros, cuando llegue de madrugada, el que estaba me hizo esperar ahi, lo cual es segun las normas, pero el del turno siguiente, inmediatemente me mando ala habitacion, esto en relacion a la hora de entrada 12:00 pero me dejo ingresar a las 8, realmente muy amable. Las habitaciones comodas y limpias, para el precio excelente.

The hotel is not located at main street, but it closed to restaurants and pharmacy. Uber pick up and drop off in front of the entrance.

This modern clean property is the perfect base from which to explore Buenos Aires - everything is within walking distance. Even though they do not offer breakfast there is a convenient 'eating area' with microwave, kettle, coffee machine with all day free coffee which all is great. The best thing about the place though are the super helpful reception staff - they are amazing - special shout out to Valentine!! Thank-you to you all - you are what makes this place a great experience!

Everything was perfect , linen and towels were worn and old . Location excellent!!!! Water heater , micro mini fridge made our stay more comfortable Front desk super nice, let our luggage (2 cary on) live there for a whole week until we came back from the Iguassu falls I was very surprised and happy for it😃 because airline did not let carry it😔 ( Smart Jet)
