Great location close to Shannon Airport.

The room was spacious and comfortable. But the hallway needs some updating. The hallway carpet was old and worn out. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food and service were excellent.

This was our favorite hotel by far on our 2 week stay in Ireland.

Location perfect for the occasion; staff professional and quality food.

Amazing hotel, friendly helpful staff. Great location, easy parking. Park& ride available for the concert in Thomond park was super handy.

We just needed a stop over night and this hotel was in perfect location for us. We did not have to or need to go into town. Very clean, friendly helpful staff and I have to highlight an excellent breakfast. We will return.

Fantastic stay. Staff were wonderful and the hotel/ spa had a lovely atmosphere.

Found the hotel past it's best at this stage. Bathroom in particular is dated with tiles that need replacement. Phone in the bathroom was filthy dirty. Grout in the tiles all need refreshing. Room itself while large was very warm with no way to cool it down. Lots of brown furniture which is dated at this stage. Sound insulation is minimal especially to the corridor. Staff friendly enough and efficient enough so that's a plus point. Grounds outside are nice and lots of facilities available. Lobby area is spacious and comfortable. Vending machines on the bedroom floors for buying snacks. Room had a small fridge and a couple of cartons of water in the fridge. My colleague had coffee machine in his room with a kettle, but that was absent in my room and I only had a basic kettle and instant coffee available. Was overcharged on check in which was rectified quickly when I pointed it out, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. But one of the worst nights sleep I have had in a while in a hotel, so I won't be rushing back.

We wanted to see Adare, and it was a fairly short/easy drive to get there. The setting was beautiful and the facilities nice.

Great room setup for families with a double/queen and 2 singles. Outdoor areas were beautiful and kids playground is huge plus. Rooms were dated and showing age. Hallways smelled a bit too.
