Receptionists were so helpful, early check in which was good as we had an early flight. Room was clean. Only have 2 negatives which was bath was very small and no english channel on tv.

The room was small and there was mold on the windowsills.

We stayed for one night in June 2024. The hotel is located near the center of the city. That being said, it is on a one way street and the signage is not that great. In fact, we had to go down the street twice before finding the hotel as given this is an NH usually the signage is better. If you are using the hotel parking, it is actually the block before the hotel and then you have to walk down a very steep street...keep this in mind if you are carrying your luggage. There was not place to stop in front of the hotel to unload as there were cars parked everywhere. Getting to the elevators was a bit challenging as we had to walk up about 8 steps with our luggage before we came to the elevators. The front desk staff did not offer to use the small elevator to get our stuff up to the elevator level. The room itself was modern and clean but the bed took up about 90% of the space in the room. The bed was comfy but there was not a lot of space to move around. Good air conditioning. We found the water pressure in the shower OK but not great. Room came with a mini fridge and individually controlled AC unit.

Nice Hotel in the entertainment district

Gorgeous and very comfortable hotel. So happy to be here again! Excellent location to explore Genoa on foot.

Nice room although small bathroom. Staff is very attentive. I would come back again.
