Stunning property. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Easily walkable to all the sights.

Everyone at the reception desk was very helpful and friendly. The servers in the restaurant appeared to be bother by my presence. They seemed unhappy with their job altogether.

Outstanding hotel in every area. Super quiet, spacious and comfortable. We certainly stay at this location when visiting Burgos again. Very convenient to most places of interest around the main Cathedral. Walkability was great along the river located just across the street from this palacial facility. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Great stay! Only thing was our room had a ‘window’ but it was more of a sky light due to the structure of the building. Everything else was lovely!

This was a great hotel in the amazing city of Burgos. The room was clean, breakfast was good with plenty of options, staff was super helpful. I would highly recommend.

Desafortunadamente el hotel a cambiado desde la ultima vez que fui, me parece increible que el servicio de restaurante sea tan pobre y mas cuando hay fiestas o eventos en Burgos, deberian preveer esto y no contestarme que por tener el hotel lleno o en festejos no cuenten con dichos servicios, no entiendo

very welcoming. Location cannot be better. Steps from the old town, across from the river, if you are a pet lover and travel with travel with your furry children, this is the place for you! Very attentive service welcoming to your Animal. Food is Average to above average. Bar is more than acceptable. please note that the information on most websites are incorrect. This place shines far beyond what you would expect, but the language of the web postings and the experience at the hotel do not match. I honestly don’t believe it’s the issue with the hotel, rather the web postings are inaccurate.

Fabulous place to stay. Great location. Just walk across the bridge and you’re in the middle of everything and Burgos is a wonderful city to explore. The hotel has convenient parking right under the hotel. We’re on a road trip across Spain so good to find easy parking. Beautifully appointed room with tea and coffee facilities which you don’t find everywhere in Spain. A very pleasant stay indeed.
