Assumed pool was free but had to pay for towel robe flip flops and swimming hat and pool did not give you access to sauna. Should say this in activities

Staff was efficient and friendly and very helpful…room was not executive as expected and bath was not clean had rust and marks in it…swimming pool wasn’t open so not happy with that at all

The hotel was pretty good and on paper all looked great. BUT on arrival at 23.15 in torrential rain the concierge refused to ket us use the lift from the underground car park and we got absolutely soaked having to walk round the outside. The plug in my bath didnt work so I was unable to have a bath and the breakfast options were tired and not topped up at 8.45am when we came down.

Very reasonable rate for such an upscale hotel. The included breakfast was also very good.

This hotel is slightly out of the centre but would now be my first choice when visiting Treviso. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We arrived too early to actually check in but they made sure drinks and snacks were available while we waited. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and although reception can control room aircon, they were more than happy to lower the temperature to a refreshing 19c (B&B Treviso take note). The breakfast was great with a wide selection of food and drinks. It’s a shame we didn’t have our swimming costumes with us as we would have taken advantage of this facility

Lovely staff, very close to Treviso airport and 20 mins walk to train station. Hotel was nice and bed was comfortable.

I stayed three nights. The free parking wasn’t an issue most of the days. However in my last day the free parking was full, so I had to park on the far side of the building which had a sign “municipal parking” and “no parking after 22:00” however later I moved my car when a space opened up later in the evening.

It may not be a fair evaluation since it was Christmas day. However, it is the hospitality industry and they were open. I did not receive a response weeks earlier when I asked if we could book massages. Upon arrival, we learned that the spa--which was the primary reason for our booking there--was closed. The main dining room was also closed. And since the location was out of the main downtown area, there was no other local choice for dinner outside of their pizzeria. The room was clean. But strangely, there was only an outlet on one side of the bed. Treviso is a delightful town. We would choose to stay somewhere in the downtown area next time.

Our stay at Hotel Maggior Consiglio was a positive one. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel staff were always welcoming and helpful when needed. It was great location for us because we wanted to be close to Treviso but also a short drive to Venice. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends!

Perfect stay with short trip to historic Treviso.

Property is outside of old town and beyond walking distance. Check in information regarding taxis was incomplete. Also, no info was given regarding take away breakfasts for early check outs.

Supposed to receive a complementary bottle of wine....when I asked the seems they forgot English Took a while to process payment and whe2 i pointet out it was few euros above the price shown in the app they pretended the did not understand
