March 25 the lady in frontdesk was super nice..( i fall in love)..

Hotel was an excellent find. I really enjoyed the room, AC, gym, restaurant, TV channels, bed, open-able window for fresh air, non-traditional decor, room service, staff's helpful attitude.

Hotel was nice, very clean room and comfortable. The staff was very nice. One thing tho, not close to any restaurants.

The area is very safe but is completely residential with very few restaurants or shops

Great fun boutique hotel in a less touristy area, while very safe. Close to shopping centers. And slide to the highway ti the airport. Cuts the endless transit time of Lima. Restaurant is excellent. The ribeye with pepper sauce is super tender ! Good cocktails , try the berry chilcano.

the employees, desk and dining, put such effort to make customers feel welcome and attended to. Really impressive and makes the entire experience so enjoyable. The security by the main entrance was a welcome addition and they were so polite. Also the bar was even great and the bartenders are excellent!

I loved the whole set up. It reminded me of Europe in the 80’s. Very friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, great room service and supermarket 2 minutes walking distance. It was the perfect hotel!

Floor and walls are concrete . There is an electric kettle but no coffee/ tea / cups .... AC window unit tooo noisy Bteakfatlst with no cheese milk , no dairy but overall average No signs to find rooms !!!!!

I was given upgrade plus breakfast is great, staff are friendly.

Door keys didn't work to enter rooms. Disco downstairs went on till 2 or 3 a.m. and noise was so loud that we couldn't sleep. Water faucett in bathroom sprayed towards the mirror and my belly. Room decorations are terrible.

Excellent place, food was okay however the service was very good !

Everyone was friendly and attentive. Construction started happening at around 8am though and it felt like it was right next to us. Also, their bar didn't open until 4pm.

Very nice/modern/artsy facilities. Was pleasantly given an early check-in when our flight arrived earlier than expected by Haily. Breakfast buffet with a wide selection. 24 hr open gym. Bar/lounge on first floor. Impressive staff.Mr. Ángulo gave me lots of info about restaurants/activities and arranged a late checkout. Leslie was able to book a short notice reservation at a busy restaurant. Definitely would recommend .
