Great stay. Lovely hotel. Very good breakfast.

We had a great few days. The hotel was excellent, the room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was fantastic.

A lovely hotel with kind and helpful staff, very comfortable bed, clean and overall a great atmosphere. Extremely conveniently located for Malmo's central train station which is just across from the hotel.

Very easy to get around and close to everything. The breakfast options were amazing a credit to who gets it ready each day.

Loved this hotel, huge room - great character and excellent breakfast.

Very nice corner room suite. Nice and bright room and very comfortable bed. I forgot an item in the room after departure and the front office staff located it so that my mother can collect it this week. Will be back!

Old fashioned and some rooms are in a strong need of being renovated

Very close to the station and everything else. Staff were really brilliant, reception top notch. Bed very comfortable and quiet. Loved it.

Staff were mostly helpful. Asked the receptionist for restaurant recommendations, and both places she pointed out were closed… pics and amenity list referenced a gym, but due to renovations, it was closed and I was referred to a separate property 10 minutes away. Room was ok, nothing special but everything was in working order and clean. Breakfast buffet had many cold and hot options and was a high point. Location right across the canal from the train station makes this spot very convenient.

Hotel was fantastic. We stayed for one night. Hotel is fabulous. There’s a man on reception, tall, middle aged glasses and he’s an absolute gent. Had a lovely conversation with him when we checked in and again when we checked out. He told us some history of the hotel and welcomed us kindly. The room was fantastic, beautiful and we loved how it felt modern het still felt like it had so much history. So clean and tidy, excellent all round. If we come back to Malmo, we wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else.

It was okay. Nothing special.

I have stayed here before. The hotel has building works and is being restored. I was put in an annex around the corner. The tap water is not drinkable - but there was no water in the room. There was no water in the vending mchines. I went out into the street back to the reception - to be told they had no water, only sparkling. I was told to go back to the station to buy water! Unbelievable. Normally hotels in Sweden are amazing and they put the customer first. Not here :(

Close to railway station. Delicious breakfast. Great to have a fan in the room for unusual hot weather.

Very nice traditional hotel . Reception staff very friendly . Room comfortable and shower separate to wc which is very useful. Clear green instructions if staying more than one night . Magic breakfast with masses of choice . Hotel very near train and bus station and also centre.
