Even though this is an older property is well maintained and clean. Staff was very friendly.

Nice, safe place to stay. Easy access to the interstate.

Hotel was right off freeway with easy off and on access. It was about a five minute drive to downtown but everything you may need was in walking distance to the hotel: shopping, restaurants, gas stations. Hotel was showing wear but is beginning renovations.

Very clean. Checkin was easy. Room was very spacious and nice. Smelled very clean.

We had to get this room on the fly because the one I had booked called and told me that their wheelchair accessible room was closed due to maintenence issues. This one was a little pricey for me, but we have to have wheelchair accessible, so I booked on the way there. Literally, on the way there.

Bed was very hard and had a dip on the right side. Room had a large desk but no sofa or chair to sit on. The desk was huge and useless. Room was very clean.

Clean and comfortable. Indoor pool was nice with a spa, but the grill outside blows smoke inside.

Staff was nice.

Rained last night, woke up to water all on the floor along the edge of the wall where the windaow was. Wall looked soaked.

Easily accessible from the Interstate and good parking. Linens were dirty and there wasn’t enough blankets.

Clean, quiet, good service, breakfast was decent.

Everyone there was VERY friendly. The lady that served breakfast was so friendly and helpful.

Property is very outdated. The elevator takes forever and feels like its going to break down any minute. The gloomy halls smell musty and not well lit. The pool and jacuzzi water was nasty. Only a few chairs to sit on as well. The breakfast area is way too small for more than ten people to all sit at. Our room was musty smelling as well and had hair in the sink. The sheets on one of the beds had weird sand or dirt on them. The other bed was all stained all around the whole king bed. Lastly our third bed in the room made my son break out in a rash. Was hoping for the price we paid to have 3 beds that this would be our new to stay place everytime we are in the dfw area but I do not think so!

Busy with families near the pool area, but the A/C helped drown out the noise level some. Didn’t bother us one bit - we have two dogs and they did great. Perfect travel spot!
