Okay, the room might look a bit vintage. The room's Wi-Fi wasn't very reliable and kept disconnecting, but it was convenient and clean because it's right next to the BTS station. The air conditioning was very, very cold – like, extremely cold! I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

A highly recommended place to stay as it is directly connected to the BTS Ratchathewi. Suitable for elderly people too and needless to walk far for BTS. Food is moderate and of not much variety daily. However, they are tasty. Room is clean and comfortable.

Lacking power outlets, the room smelled a bit weird, like too humid. Overall experience is nice, just the room quality is a little bit old, but can't beat the price.

I checked in late, and initially the air conditioning was slow to cool down, so I asked a technician to come and check it. He was very friendly, helpful, and now the air conditioning is working perfectly. I was very impressed with the service and the location. All the staff, from the bellboys and security guards, were lovely. I was very impressed.

I checked in 4 hours early, despite the app stating check-in time at 2 PM, the receptionist scheduled it for 3 PM. The bell service staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel felt safe and had restaurants and cafes both inside and outside, including a nail salon, souvenir shop, massage parlor, and meeting rooms. Overall, it was a great experience. I was very impressed and will definitely stay here again.

I've been here quite a few times; I heard there were ghosts, but thankfully the people here didn't scare me. I guess it's just for content creation.

The staff were friendly, provided good service, and spoke politely and courteously. The air conditioning in the room was very cold, almost freezing, although the temperature control was not working and should be checked. Everything else was good.
