Staff was amazing

It was OK, nothing spectacular considering it was priced a little higher than some of the other nicer hotels. No valet parking, under construction. Just not what I was expecting kind of disappointed. our room was good though, which is the most important.

I was not notified of the construction in the front foyer, bathrooms were also in construction and the pool was closed

Amazing experience. Great location, very kind staff, made it a very special birthday for my husband. We will definitely stay again!

Fraud hotel. They will add fake smoking charges to your bill. BEWARE.

Room was clean and good size. Bathroom was very nice and modern. The lobby was under repair and boarded off, felt tight and quite drab and there was no warning beforehand of the lobby renovation. Hopefully the redesign is better appointed.

Very Good

The staff were exceptional. I loved my room upgrade! And birthday treats, it was very thoughtful. The only complaint is that the chromecasting was difficult to figure out. We had a great stay.

The property and room were awesome. The downside were the people across the hall had a party and were super loud most of the night. When security addressed it, the guests and their vistors still persisted to be a problem. I appreciated that the staff tried to remedy the issue. Thanks

Clean, modern, and professional staff.

The front desk staff were not friendly. Not welcoming. Just charged me for the room and that was it. Didn’t show me where the elevator was to get to my room. They charged me for two rooms. Hopefully I won’t have a problem getting a credit. The pool was dated. The bed was comfortable.

The room is clean and spacious. Front staff was pretty helpful for getting missing bath robe.
