The Soho is a great hotel! Staff is wonderful! Very clean. Food is great. I highly recommend!

Excellent property, the rooms are spacious, modern and well appointed. I think this is the most underrated hotel in Toronto. Great location and service. My only issue is the 50$ per night parking, I suggest guest park across the street.

This hotel was superb. Our room was exceptional. The bathroom had heated floor and the products were Molton brown. The furnishings were exceptional. The restaurant was stunning. We ate there both nights and sat with the hotel owner and his friends, watching England beat Mexico. The staff were helpful and very pleasant.

Soho Toronto was a wonderful stay. I notified the hotel ahead of time it was my husbands 50th birthday and they had the room ready ahead of time & a birthday surprise. The staff was wonderful extremely helpful. Thank you Sohp Toronto

They had turn down service every evening where they restocked anything and filled the ice bucket. Room was big and loved the automatic drapes!

The room was in poor condition: shower didn't work properly, phone didn't work, tv remote was glitchy, etc. Mostly fine, but would have expected a bit better quality. The room service breakfast also felt pretty poor value for the cost.

Location is very convenient to downtown and to attending a Blue Jays game.

This hotel is in a great location, very central and allowed us to walk to all the places we wanted to visit during our two night stay. There was a flickering light in the bathroom and we only had one robe between two of us. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the grab and go cafe on site do great pastries and the coffee is ok (we prefer super strong kiwi/aussie coffee). The staff were friendly and helpful too. Lovely big room with a view of the CN tower!

The room was spacious with a separate lounging area with a deep seated couch and tv. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself seemed to be on the tail end of a renovation with visible signs of construction material (pieces of trim were missing, some surfaces needed to be clad,…). That said, it did not take away from the experience. Maybe I couldn’t figure it out, but when I turned on the light in the lounging area, it also turned on the light on the bedroom area. Don’t know if there was another way but both turned on.

Wonderful stay at the Soho hotel, Toronto. We were in town for FIFA festivities and the Blue Jays . Staff were friendly, rooms very clean and modern. Location of hotel makes this the perfect spot to explore downtown Toronto. Delighted with our choice of Soho hotel . The FIFA chocolates were a special touch .
