We stayed right under the speakeasy so music would be loud till about 2am. It was very hard to relax after a day of activities. The rooms could’ve been more clean. It was dusty. The bar & pool was really cute. There’s also no stairs but you can have staff take your stuff up for you.

Always wanted to stay here... Finally did and I'm obsessed! We got an early check In and enjoyed food and drinks @ bar since we were surprised to be accommodated so early! Everyone there was super kind and responsive to our needs!

I loved the quaint Hawaiian feel about the hotel. The staff was excellent. Unfortunately, we were there during the tsunami warning, but the staff offered us a higher level room and treated everything. Excellent. The service was excellent. The staff was fantastic. The rooms were clean. the location was perfect absolutely perfect. Everything was walking distance. Would most definitely stay again. They had some kind of entertainment most nights and have a speakeasy bar at night really appreciated the hospitality. The bar was super cool and the food was yummy.

Unfriendly check in service , very outdated rooms , doesn’t worth the price , especially $35 a day resort fee, for what ? Very disappointing..looks much better on the pictures than in reality , this place needs major renovations

The hotel was very centrally located being only a few blocks from the beach plus I had lots of shopping, especially if you’re looking for trinkets to bring back to the mainland overall, we would stay there again

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. During my stay, $500 was stolen from my hotel room. I immediately reported the incident to hotel management and involved the local police. Despite these efforts, the hotel made no meaningful attempt to assist me or resolve the situation. There was no follow-up, no investigation beyond the bare minimum, and certainly no offer to make amends for what happened on their property. I expected a far higher standard of professionalism, care, and accountability from a hospitality establishment. If guest safety and security are priorities for you, I would strongly advise choosing a hotel with a proven reputation for integrity and responsibility. This experience has made it clear that this hotel does not take those matters seriously.

Nice and quiet hotel with great pool bar. Only 3 floors, so no waiting for the elevator and also loved the pool front room.

Location wise was great, not right on the beach but <10 min walk to waikiki waterfront. Super close to many eating options etc and the international marketplace if shopping is what youre into. We did have a few problems with noise, but that was just inconsiderate neighboring rooms and road noise. Would definitely opt to getting a poolside room to mitigate street noise. Also our room AC was extremely noisy. Upon arrival our room didnt have a TV remote, but the front desk found us one within 30 mins on arrival. The free coffee wasnt good as its just from a push dispenser machine at the front desk with no cream but oh well. The gopro rentals included in the amenity fee was not to be used in the water which defeated the purpose. All in all, we would stay there again if we found ourselves staying in waikiki again, but would opt for a pool room and would definitely want to find a deal as im not completely sure a full price would be worth it. Again, the staff was incredible, helpful and super friendly, theres just a few things that kept it from being just a good stay rsther than a excellent stay.

The suite I was in was newly renovated - it had nice amenities. I was only in the space for about 8 hours and I was asleep, but the bed was super comfy which made it enjoyable. I was initially worried that it would be noisy because it was right next to the road and overlooking the pool, but with the inner bedroom door closed I couldnʻt hear anything. I would stay here again if I needed another quick overnight. Also - not sure if this was the entire property, but my third floor room was only accessible via stairs. It wasnʻt that bad, but for people with mobility issues or small children, it could be an issue.
