El hotel es pequeño pero bastante agradable, los servicios excelentes, buen trato del personal, la comida excelente , les recomiendo el restaurante mexicano, el puerto para agarrar el catamaran para viajar a Isla mujeres te queda al lado,

The location was great for traveling to Islas , ferry access great. Unfortunately, the alcohol service was not what I expected. They only had dis xxs to drink. Which is okay, but if like light beers they do t serve on beach or pool area. The pool in the evening was a little dirty and definitely warm. The beach was much cooler. My room was a conjoined and that was nice , but the traffic from street was loud. Wonderful views , boat watching and again ferry access. Not my best stay, but okay. FYI I did walk to Oxxo to get the drinks we enjoy. Defeated the purpose of all inclusive for my family.

Everything was great

Great place and excellent service and amenities and entertainment.

The staff was very rude they were more concerned about you visiting their other hotels for a time share talk. They only offer dos XX beer and have to pay additional for the others they have.

Pool and beach were small. I think they could have cleaned the pool better. Other than that there were some really awesome workers and some not so helpful. Buffett was great and the service in there was great! The Lobby bar had awesome staff!!

Nice resort friendly staff. Food options not so great overall great experience.

1- The balcony door wouldn't close; they fixed it, but then it wouldn't open, so I had to leave my sandals and swimsuit behind because I couldn't get the door open. 2- The shower only produced hot water and smelled like sewage. 3- The phone to call the lobby didn't work; I reported it, but they never replaced it. 4- The air conditioning didn't cool the room enough. 5- One of the pool towels had mucus on it. 6- The food was actually very good, and the beach and pool were clean.

overall would recommend. The description said breakfast included but the snack bar had food all during the day with different options everyday

I really like everything about this hotel, the people, the food and drinks were amazing, the only thing was the check in. It took about an hour because it was only one person.

One of the most amazing resorts at a humble price compared to the top rated/named resorts. 3 onsite restaraunts to choose from, and a snack bar that offers a nice selection of food for in between meals. The lobby is unique with an open floor plan and your room is just a couple minutes away to walk from a white sand beach. The staff are all very kind and accommodating. If you're looking for a really good resort and get the best bang for your buck this is it.
