It was ok. Their little lounge was open 24/7 with food that was good. Their restaurants were good. But stupid that you can only eat at two only once not as many times as you want

Not accommodating to my family needs, wet my daughter’s charger and denied it. Buffet didn’t have many options. POOL WAS HOT ALL DAY

This hotel is highway robbery.

The property was well maintained, the staff was courteous, friendly. The front staff could have been a little more welcoming, they also could’ve had more staff at the front desk at one point there was only 1 person during guest he checking out. The beach area is small and too busy with boats & other motorized vehicles

Todo muy bien con el servicio y el hotel está muy bonito y limpio. Solo el buffet a veces está bien y a veces no. En el desayuno siempre está bien servido pero comida y cena después de varios días no ofrece mucha variedad y la comida es regular. Si esta lleno el hotel tienes que hacer fila un rato porque no es muy grande el restaurant. La playa muy agradable y todas las instalaciones excelente.

You do not get the room that is in the photos because you use Expedia. We booked a king need ended up with 2 fulls.

Dining options

This was a great resort for the money you pay. Excellent service , food was great too. Lots of variety. Room can use a little more lights but other than that my family and I had a great time. We loved the area as well, you can take the bus for 12 Mexican pesos and go anywhere … there’s an Oxxo really close by, which we loved also a lot of restaurants around just in case you get tired of all inclusive lol! We went for some tacos across the street. Staff is friendly , beach I calm , no waves so it’s safe. We will defenetly come back again.

Out of the five days we stayed there we could only have two reservations in those five days. We were never told we could only make reservations two times. The buffet they had barely had any food options and it wasn't even that good. We had to go out to eat because they never had space to go eat there since the restaurants and buffets they had were so small. To go make a reservation the staff there were so mean and not being professional.

It was a mixed experience. The biggest highlight was the restaurant staff — they were truly the gem of the place. Service at the buffet (Albatross) and other restaurants was consistently attentive and friendly. The pool games and organizers also added a fun, lively energy to the pool area that we really appreciated. Another plus was the 24-hour snack bar, which my son absolutely loved. That said, there were several drawbacks. The food was hit or miss — some dishes were great, but many were bland or disappointing, especially at the buffet. A major frustration was being constantly approached by staff trying to sell local tours. Even after declining once, we were asked repeatedly, which became annoying. We did end up booking an Isla Mujeres tour through the resort, and it was a huge letdown. We asked to spend most of the day at the beach, but were instead shuttled through a tight schedule with little beach time, bad food, and overcrowded areas. It felt misleading and not worth the price. The resort itself reminded me of a La Quinta — decent for the price but definitely in need of some updates. As our first resort experience, it gave us a better idea of what to look for next time.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Needs Major Improvements I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. One of the most concerning issues was the lack of customer service, especially for non-Spanish-speaking guests. It became clear very quickly that if you don’t speak Spanish, you’re likely to feel ignored or unwelcome. Communication was difficult, and there was little effort made by staff to bridge that gap. Food quality was another major disappointment. Meals were consistently bland, poorly prepared, and lacking in variety. It did not meet even basic standards for a resort experience. The atmosphere at the hotel was chaotic and unprofessional. There were no clear or enforced rules by the pool or common areas. I personally witnessed guests touching other people’s belongings with no intervention or supervision by staff. The managers, instead of maintaining order, seemed more focused on appearing friendly rather than addressing real issues. The beach area was loud and overcrowded, which made it impossible to enjoy a peaceful experience. The rooms were not clean, and the overall maintenance of the property was poor, leaving a negative impression from the moment I arrived. This was not the relaxing or enjoyable stay I had hoped for. I cannot recommend this hotel to others, especially to international travelers expecting basic service, cleanliness, and respect. The hotel needs significant improvements in customer service,

We loved our stay at the resort… pictures asr just as they appear…. the staff was amazing and it was very clean The only thing I felt was off was the room doors Our room faced the street and u can hear traffic all night and u can see the light shining in through the seams of the door… so maybe a door upgrade…the air was not working when I first got there but the maintenance guys came up and fixed it asap No issues there. Maid service was delayed so we had to wait for an additional 45 mins to get to our room.. however they did tell us we could eat and drink and use the facilities while they finished up Overall it was great.
