They bath room floors are coming up. Bathroom not clean

Gentleman in the room next to us was having a conversation on the phone at regular volume until 1am and I could hear him as if he was in the room with me

When I first entered the room, the pullout couch was moved right next to the bed too close to pull it out. A man from housekeeping came in didn't understand English. I had to figure out where the couch was supposed to go and he helped me move it. The front door stuck I had to barge my way in. Coffee maker didn't work. The refrigerator wasn't working well. That's four things. I can't call it a good trip. I was given a second lcoffee maker that worked the second day.

Disappointed due to 1 elevator and 2 ice machines for 6 floors. We stayed here last year, and it was great but within a year it seems things are going downhill. They do not seem to be keeping up with minor property upkeep such as painting the walls or wiping the dirt off the elevator walls or keeping carpets clean.

A great stay!

My stay was brief i was looking forward to a nice bath but the water coming from the shower sink and tub had an awful smell. Hotel also refused to use my PayPal and Venmo cards for incidentals which caused some issues.

Spacious room, clean facility and friendly staff

We had what was supposed to be a very stressful family trip turn into a wonderful experience. From check in, to the multiple requests we ended up with, all staff from managers to security were top notch! We felt very taken care of.

The server Lynette was very nice and professional. We have never stayed here . Out of town guest for a Wedding. She let us know a little bit about the town. Very nice

Enjoyed my stay, however this is clearly a 1970’s hotel which could do with a makeover. It wasn’t unclean just a little tardy. Great staff made the difference.

Property and staff were great. The only con I have is that I received a house keeping knock on my door before 9 am and I did not appreciate that. Check out is at 11 am I would think house keeping would and should go after checkout. I’ve never experienced that at any stay.

Will not stay there again - very unclean - would not use restaurant or bar - hair in pool - fitness center ill equipped including no water

The front desk was pleasant, the King suite is an excellent bargain for 440 ft.² and it sleeps 4. Nice view. The pool wasn’t used as much so it’s nice. It’s not crowded. The bartenders are great and everything I had on the menu was excellent. The meat lovers flatbread.👍
