The service was impeccable. From the time we entered the front lobby to the restaurant in the hotel, to the time we exited. Absolutely no complaints.

Keurig coffee maker didn’t work. Mattress needs to be replaced

The third floor was under so much construction!!!!!! So pissed

Hotel visit was great. They accommodated every need. Room was freshly renovated. Love the hardwood floors. Pool is awesome (great music).. love the fire pit!

Very nice grounds. Beautiful pool and outside bar. But that bar was not open either day we stayed and we were disapointed. There was construction being done everywhere inside. The bathroom had a urine smell. But the room was decent.

Renovated lobby/common area is very nice. Staff were very friendly at the desk. Place is being renovated so it can be a bit dirty in some areas. Outdoor pool had zero towels and hot tub jets did not work. Indoor pools area needed a redo, but having a sauna and steam room was a nice touch. Room was renovated and had large tv, nice bathroom and shower.

I did not like that a resort view on my reservation was a view of the parking lot! Staff unable to do anything about it. Also the resort fee of $24 per day is high. Staff offered no explanation. With taxes paid $50 more per day. Room not worth the rate.

Overall a nice place to stay. Room was clean and spacious. From the cleanliness of the room and common areas to the amazingly delicious food from Crafted. The view from my room was amazing, next to lake como. All was perfect.

The staff is the best.....especially nate at the front desk. You have amazing staff here.

So many areas out doors and indoors to adventure around

Celebrated our anniversary here several times and everytime is extra special. Manager Anna simms is wonderful went out of her way to make it special .i love staying here and the ameneties area a plus.

We are regular visitors to this hotel and were disappointed at our stay over Memorial Day Weekend. Having booked well in advance for a "superior" room, we were given a room directly off the main lobby and restaurant entrance, which boomed with noise until late at night. I requested to have our room moved and was told the hotel was booked, despite seeing that upcoming reservations were still not checked in. On the last day we were able to move to a room that offered more quiet and privacy however this was after 3 nights in a room that the hotel should have never put us in. Doubt that we will return - this solidified that they don't care about guests who have a history with the hotel.

Easy to get to, great staff, wonderful pool areas
