Don’t book this hotel unless you want to stay in one that looks like it was an episode of American horror story. It is filthy. It is dark and dirty. It’s smelly. The rooms are not safe. The bed is ancient and the mattresses curl the grout on the floor in the bathroom is black. It’s absolutely horrendous and when I literally checked out 10 minutes after checking in, I didn’t even sit on the chair, cause it just looked disgusting they refuse to give me my money back.

The staff is nice and so is breakfast. The carpet is the room is dirty. The water in the pool is hot

Staff were great ! Just the people that walk in and out of that place didn’t make you feel very at ease. 3-4 am couple fighting outside my window. People loud up and down the halls at 3 am. And just not feeling safe when walking out to car in evening . Staff was very kind and hard working . Just not a place i’d bring my family back to.

The property is under construction at this time, so there was a lot going on. We were also notified that the elevator wasn't working on the day of our arrival. They're fixing up the property, and the rate was reasonable, but it definitely needs some work.

The elevator was out Saturday and Sunday. Never disclosed on website property was under construction. Cleanliness just ok bugs in drawers and dirt on and around the ac unit. The window wouldn’t even close all the way. Toilet seat wasn’t attached. Need a shower curtain that actual repeals water instead of letting it was through to the bathroom floor. The pool was hotter than the hot tub. The breakfast served was one of the best parts of the stay. Staff was pleasant. Just feel they needed to be upfront about the construction.

The room was dirty and had not been vacuumed, evidenced by crumbs all over the floor. The mattresses and linens were old and pilling, and we found a hair in the bed when we arrived. The elevator smelled awful, so bad that all guests were using the stairs instead. People were still avoiding the elevator the next morning, which indicates that it must still have smelled bad. Breakfast was not good, and the TV was playing religious propaganda and had a note taped to it saying to not change the channel. I would normally have given this hotel a "poor" rating, but it is getting a "terrible" rating given the fact that we payed $150 for the night, which is an outrageous rate given the state of this hotel. The only positive was that the staff was very friendly. We will NOT be staying at this here again.

The elevator made an odd noise when we were on it but we didn’t think much of it. We returned at almost 10 pm to find it out of order. We had 2 elderly family members with us and our rooms were on the 4th floor. We went to the desk who basically said oh well. We walked up 4 flights of f stairs to wonder if Snoop Dog was in the building as it reeked of weed. The room wasn’t very clean and the freezer was so full of frost that we couldn’t even fit our one item in it. The next day the elevator was still out of order so we had to get our elderly as well as our bags down 4 flights of stairs

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Place is under construction, dirty conditions. Assigned room 126, TV did not work Daniel at the front desk was nice he tried to get the TV working no success. The window in the room is all cracked looks like somebody threw a brick at it but apparently the construction guys damaged it. Water tank in the toilet is not working properly will not refill so it was loud all evening. Had to go to the second floor for ice the elevators are not working. Until the construction is completed La Quinta in Plattsburgh is $100 overpriced. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

I called to confirm their airport shuttle service. They said yes a few months prior to our stay. But upon arrival, they said they do not offer shuttle services anymore. Breakfast was very limited. The rooms were not as clean. Saw water damage on the whole wall. Sink was not draining water. Smelled marijuana upon entering the hotel.

Good value, comfortable bed, included reasonable breakfast.

Very nice room. The outside of the hotel is under construction and busy. The room was very nice. The ladies I spoke to were very and friendly and helpful!

Do NOT recommend. Filthy...smelly. The staff was poorly trained and sometimes difficult to find for assistance.

The front desk staff was very helpful and gave some great advice on local restaurants. The overall appearance/experience was not what we expected. The place is under a well needed construction project

The toaster for breakfast did not work. Scrambled eggs where not warm enough

Carpet inside the room:Orrible Sink outside the bathroom but in front of the door???? Two toaster in pantry: both- half working half side no working.lol to be polite. The hotel can not afford (2) toaster and the publish themself as hotel? LOL Working site outside in front of the entrance: machinery everywhere. Garbage enclusure: in front of the entrance….open….full of garbage. Should I keep going or is mortifying enough? Mortifying for myself too that I choose this hotel to spend a night with my better half.

Did not stay need refund and extremely dirty bathrooms and room itself

For our 2 year anniversary this was pretty nice stay. And we loved our time here, great staff super nice and we appreciated the congratulations. Are room was great at 316 view was great, And super clean this was are first time staying at a hotel together so thank you for making this memorable.

The Hotel was Ok . There was some remodeling going on, The staff was very accommodating, the pool & hot tub were nice. The breakfast was tolerable at best. Price I thought was a bit high for what was offered,
