Excellent! I will definitely return.

Nice place to stay. We have 1 bedroom and kitchen. Spacious, and good parking under ground. Metro stations in walking distance.

The hotel is nice and in a good location. My only complaint was that I booked this hotel specifically for the pool (kids) and when we booked and arrived to check in they never mentioned the pool was closed. It was very disappointing to arrive and kids ready to swim and the pool is closed. Hotel manger did give us a discount which was nice and appreciated.

A really nice place and the area around it was very amusing. You’ll fall in love with it.

Great customer service, large space

Unfortunately our flight was cancelled and we ended up losing a night at Lisboa Suites, when we did arrive we were upgraded to a lovely larger room for the 4 of us. Great breakfast

The overall experience was excellent

Our stay at the Legendary Lisboa Suites was a mixed experience. The first night, there was no hot water, and the next morning, there was no one available to fix it. The staff’s initial response was disappointing—one member simply said they couldn’t do anything. It took a second visit to reception before we were finally moved to a different room. The new room was an upgrade, which was a nice gesture, but I wish they had done that in the first place. It was more spacious and had two TVs—though only one actually worked. If a suite has both a bedroom and a lounge TV, you’d expect both to function. The suite itself felt tired and in need of an update. On the positive side, parking was great—free and hassle-free. However, the windows didn’t seal properly, so street noise was an issue. The beds were comfortable, particularly for those who prefer a firmer mattress. The location was convenient, with restaurants nearby and easy access to the metro and buses. Overall, while there were positives, the service and room maintenance could definitely be improved

Very walkable nice area, surrounded by parks and restaurants; clean and convenient rooms with everything you need in the kitchen. Grocery shopping options nearby. Staff is helpful. We walked everywhere, but you can also get a cheap uber to get to the center.

Great and spacious accommodations. Perfect location for quick tour of Lisbon.

La chambre était au-delà de nos attentes concernant les accessoires fournis (notamment dans la cuisine). C’était propre. Toutefois c’est un peu vieillot, un peu d’amour serait nécessaire pour moderniser le tout. Nous avons adoré l’emplacement pour le prix, proche du parc eduardo VII et des transport en commun. Le stationnement inclus était grandement apprécié!

Spacious apartment, clean . Kristia was extremely helpful and accommodating to us .

The area was great- walking distance from everything. The apartments space was big. The cleaning crew and staff were very nice and helpful.

We booked 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms were refreshed. One room was not. The older room had a dated bathroom and deco. The bath had damped smell probably due to the shower curtain. We opened all the windows and the smell was gone after a day. Everything was functional. Kitchen was good with enough utensils and we prepared a couple meals there with ease. The beds were comfortable. Even the sofa bed was OK which was above our expectation. Staffs were polite and tried their best to meet our needs. Breakfast was good with generous selection. There could be some minor improvement i.e. Providing kitchen towels, rinse cups, tissue box etc. Location was good and close to supermarket and subway. The front entrance is a one way street which did confused some drivers when using Bolt. The pool was not heated so it was too cold for a swim in Oct. All in all I will recommend this hotel.
