room we had NO hot water we call front desk and they said to turn the hot water on and wait 15 to 20 minutes for the hot water to get to my room but the water Never got hot so NO shower that night the fallowing morning was worse NO hot water and cold water was coming in and out we called front desk and they sent maintenance guy. So maintenance guy said that he had turned the pump to wash the towels and that’s why the water was coming on and off. So he took us to different room to take a shower but same problem with the water not getting hot, it was barely warm.

The room was very spacious and clean. I loved the decor. Was super easy to check in and out.

The staff was nice and the room was clean. The only issue was that there was no hand/face soap by the bathroom sink. I had to use body wash from the shower. But that was not a problem and no big deal. Things were good. Thanks!

The staff they were absolutely amazing and so kind! And the rooms were clean but could’ve been cleaner in the bathroom area found a hair. But overall place was amazing and would definitely book again if I ever go in the area and would recommend my family and friends for a great place to stay to go there!

Room was clean. Ac/heat worked great. Complementary breakfast ready on time every morning and the staff was professional and courteous.

I paid for a double bed way in advance and when I arrive at the hotel there was no double beds available i had to sleep on the sofa bed which unacceptable. I did not get what I paid for.

The breakfast was very good-we appreciated the staff member who helping my daughter with the waffle machine! The room was clean and comfortable-nice location for us to be able to get downtown.

Staff was very attentive and quick to resolve an issue. Breakfast staff helped fill my daughters soccer bottle when ice machine wasn’t nearby.

Ac heater was awful everything else was decent enough

Room was clean, but would have been nice to have a mini-fridge. My biggest issue is that my stay would have been much more enjoyable with an early check-in. However, I wasn't willing to pay 1/4 of the nightly cost for 3 hours early. The hotel would not make an exception, so I would not recommend this hotel due to lack of accommodating my simple request.

I feel they have a lot of update since I was there last. Don’t have the name of the front desk person but she was great.

Decent hotel for the price. Perfectly fine for the one night stay that we went for. Location was nice. Building appeared to be newer with just some minor cosmetic things that were easily overlooked.

Our stay here is good. With friendly staff only the commucation is the down side becaise of the language barrier. Another is the foot steps of the guest above us was felt at every move. The best is value for money at La Quinta. Unlike some other Hotels.
