Convenient. Staff are amazing. Not sure how secure it is as entrance on the ground level is easily accessible to anyone, and reception is on 2nd floor.

Parking was fine (I think they have a security guard in casual wear circling the lot). Didn't partake of the breakfast.

It was okay. When there is an event, there is no parking. We had to stay up later than we should have to move our vehicle from the legion lot to hotel property lot. As we were here for work, it did affect sleep and we were later to work than we wanted due to sleeping in as physical jobs are exhausting sometimes. That was frustrating. I also had to report a broken toilet seat and they offered to move us but we already unpacked before we noticed. They did repair it while we were out and they were in for cleaning which was a nice surprise. Would stay again if needed but the price could be better if this is the experience going forward. It was cheaper the first time I stayed but about $30 per night.

Easy parking but room had minimal structural damage.

Room is clean and well organized. I keep coming back to this hotel because I feel at home here. Just 1 problem: I had a hard time opening/closing the door with the old metal key the receptionist gave me.

Honestly, metal keys in a brown pill envelope, threat of 50 dollars if you lose the key. No free water, only one old vending machine for 100 rooms? Empty of course. The night staff lady gave me her personal water because i needed it for my CPAP. Avoid this overpriced cheap run spot at all cost. Rip off

Lorsqu'ils nous ont assigné notre elle n'était pas prête ni propre. La seconde fut le même scénario. La troisième fut la bonne mais le mal était fait. Sinon le seul point acceptable fut le déjeuner!

Hotel to absolutely avoid. The rooms are very dirty, poorly maintained, with an unpleasant smell and an overall condition that makes it feel like no serious cleaning is done between guests. The furniture is worn out, the walls are stained, and the bathroom was far from clean. On top of that, the hotel staff ripped out the charging plug from my vehicle while it was connected, causing damage to my charger and potentially to the car itself. They did not take proper responsibility, did not offer a real solution, and the customer service was completely unacceptable for this kind of incident. For a place that presents itself as a hotel and event venue, this is truly unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel at all, especially if you have an electric vehicle or expect a minimum level of cleanliness and respect for your property.

Pretty dated. Looks sketchy from the outside but the room was clean and decent. Tiny TV’s and old furniture. But all in all, fine.

Not family friendly with you have young children… We were disappointed after arriving to find out that the hotel did not have cribs or playpens, despite showing they did on the listing… We even requested via Expedia message for a crib with no response. I visited the front desk to inquire about a crib or a refund because our child would have nowhere to sleep if they couldn’t provide one, the front desk attendant was rude and said they don’t offer refunds and they no longer offer cribs or playpens. Shortly after she instructed the head housekeeper to search the storage for a playpen, and one was delivered to our room. Seems to me that they were too lazy to have this all handled before our arrival and were hoping we wouldn’t make a fuss over it. There were also ants in our bed, and no plug for the bath tub… Not family friendly. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

At check-in, the staff member was extremely polite and professional. In the morning when I checked out, I advised the person at the desk that there was no hot water. He responded and said well there should be, and I chuckled and said yes I know, but there isn’t. He said they would look at it. Additionally, I told him that the bathtub/shower did not work. Before I could even finish my sentence, I was cut off by the gentleman and he said you should’ve called us so we could fix it. Then he continued to tell me I didn’t operate it correctly and didn’t offer any other apology or anything other than it appeared to be my fault and I didn’t do things correctly. He was quite abrupt and I thought rude. I did not get into anything further as I felt he was quite confrontational. Stayed at this hotel quite a few times and unsure if I will go back after this experience.

My stay was great the staff was very accommodating and kind. Definitely will be back.
