The reception staff were fantastic. Radka & Keiron couldn't do enough for us. Checked us in earlier so that we could get ready for an event. Solved a problem with the Aircon, took a photo for us. They were very helpful & friendly.

Clean and modern, all facilities were decent. Might be noisy at the weekend, as it’s next door to Rock City, esp if a bands playing. Check your parking though beforehand, as the QPark next door no longer has concessions. Pre book with the hotel or Q Park before arriving.

Nice standard aparthotel with basic cooking facilities, including a two ring hob and microwave that did much more if you have the know how. Dishwasher but only one tablet! Parking needs visit to Reception and very tight small spaces underground. Well located for centre. Free coffee and tea in tap along with breakfast croissants.

Facilities were good as was the location

From the time we arrived, we found check in so easy and Bethany was really pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable. We were put in a quiet room, as there is a music venue nearby, and didn't find any problem with any noise outside. We loved the free croisants and lovely coffees. The staff throughout our stay were all pleasant had help, and checking out, again was dealt with by a lovely young lady (don't know her name) was really easy. I would not hesitate to stay at Roomzzz again when next in Nottingham.

Bathroom could do with a touch of renovation and the drainage needed attention. Other than that rest of room was immaculate, roomy and comfortable. Staff where great, helpful and informative. Onsite parking was a huge bonus, would definitely stay again. Very close to city shopping, castle and the playhouse, literally 10 minutes walk.

Parking in city centre was safe and easy

Receptionist on arrival was extremely unpleasant, hence the 3 stars, receptionist in evening was the opposite and would be better suited around check in time as he was friendly and accommodating in oppose to rude and intimidating. Room was good, location was good. Croissant at breakfast (not pastries plural) which wasn’t nice but hot drinks machine (when drip tray doesn’t take over an hour to empty) was good. Had to book for a minimum of two nights as was unable to book for one night. Feeling mixed about this stay.

Ideal city centre location

Pros- decent sized room, with plenty of amenities inside, good level of cleanliness. Bed was very firm, which I like, so I slept like a log. Centrally located but kind of out of the way, so not too much street noise. Croissant in the morning was a welcome addition included in the room rate. Cons- if you want to use the car park there's nowhere to put your car while you check in. Also they decided to vacuum outside our room at 6am, which woke me up (my partner slept through it though)

Clean room. Staff promptly checked us in and arranged car parking for us.

Great budget hotel, clean and functional. Very comfortable bed. Only negative was in a noisy area.
