Overall it’s a nice experience, good location as it’s closed by walking street. The resort itself has great atmosphere along with the greeneries. Feels breezy, calm and quiet. Sadly it’s a little bit outdated, the color of the bathroom tiles and the hairdryer. But it’s not hindering my experience there. I will be back for sure if I’m visiting pattaya in the future.

First glance, it was a very good rate hotel as one of Sukosol hotel. However, it was a shocking experience for us since the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out. It was very confusing entrance with their two entrance and one is not for car parking while no staff to give direction. The service is comparable to untrained two stars hotel. After we reached the lobby parking the security asked us " is there anything would you like me to help carry?" And we were actually unloading our bag. So he did not help anything. Same thing happens on check out time. Nothing was helpful from the bellboy nor security guard. There is a sense of discrimination toward Thai guest when my partner spoke Thai with them. It had becoming one of the culture to expect tip from the guest. However, thai people does not give tip in general so the staff not really pay attention to us. I do understand that in general treatment. But seriously this also happens in 5 star hotel? Come on this is cheap. Even worse, we did not drink nor eat anything from their mini bar, but they accused us for drinking their water until we asked for second time check with a firm confirmation. Then they accepted that. The facility was not as luxury as it advertised. It is a very old hotel. There was a fitness room, so we did wanted to use. It supposed to be open at 7am as it said infront of the room. However, I arrived at 7 without any sign of staff preparation. We did called to the front desk at 6.58AM on 30 May 2024. It was a surprise for me to received unpleasant respond from a male front desk staff on guest inquiry. They said it open at 8am. So we respond as we saw the sign open at 7am. So they decide to send a staff to open the door for us. Unfortunately, only open the door and not clean. We did get into the fitness room, with a very bad gym equipment. From my partner experiences, the gym worth 0.50$ for entry. It was so old, unmanaged with broken equipment. In short, we will not go there again.

The atmosphere outside the building is okay. I like it very much and near Walking Street Pattaya

The room is musty, far too walking, dragging legs, few caretakers.

Air conditioner can't adjust The TV is broken. Must change the new TV. The water in the bathroom is red. Book tennis courts with employees at night. The morning has not been booked.

Nice hotel, but dirty room, balcony glass is not clean stain. Towel with blood stain The room is dirty as it has not been rubbed for a long time.

Our family loves this hotel. Good location, friendly atmosphere, variety breakfast, good spa and nice gardens. Second stay better than last year, we received upgrade to Executive deluxe room. See you again next year!

Air-conditioned rooms are not cold, requiring the staff to clean both air-conditioned rooms. The restaurant staff did not accept guests. Especially large women No manners, no gossip for the guests. The room cleaning staff at 11 o'clock. The guest is not yet out to knock, asking to do the room. But I personally like this school because it's convenient, close to traveling, comfortable bed

The atmosphere is very nice. Nice staff, but rooms are always wet and dripping. Want to improve the room a bit more.

Good hotel strategic place comfortably satisfy according to price

Great location by the walking street but not affected by the noise. feel serenity inside the hotel. attentive staffs. Very pleased with overall experience, I went with my friend for relaxing. they have 2 pools, one by the beach and one inside hotel and the beverage bar beside both pools which is really nice. The only drawback would be that the rooms where we stay is in another building further from lobby so a bit of a walk needs to be made every time we go for breakfast/lobby/beach pool etc.

The hotel staff informs that the room at the building is full. Have to stay at the back building The back of the building does not carry luggage. Take care of everything I do not like the service. The location of the hotel is quite far. Deep in the main road.
