This was a beautiful resort. However, the beach was going to be my favorite part but the seaweed on the beach was AWFUL and the smell was worse. We paid for an upgrade for ocean view but the beach smelled and we couldn't even walk on it. It's not the resorts fault but it was disappointing.

Beautiful resort but fairly run down these days, staff where amazing and very friendly.

The hotel was a short drive from the airport. I loved the nature paths to the rooms, as well as the big pool with enough space for everyone. The resort never felt crowded. The food options were great. Despite being an all-inclusive, the drinks were actually good. Also very family friendly!

The property itself is very beautiful, unfortunately the beach was not. Though they were cleaning it up the state that I saw the beach in was unacceptable. Especially since there were other sections on the same beach that were a lot cleaner. Additionally who ever is in charge of the events planning, if they could please put in place something native to Mexico. The views from the Sky Bar/Infinity pool are absolutely breathtaking definitely worth the additional $60.00.

Indigo area is the way to go. The staff there are incredible, especially Daniel, Victor and Santos. Staff and food at all the restaurants were great.

Run down property seems like an old time share. Furniture is decent in rooms but ac seems to be old and not good enough to keep the rooms cool and with low humidity. The algae problem makes it not worth it to visit during algae season and definitely not worth paying a room upgrade because you are in front of the beach with the stank of rotting algae. Major issues with property are ac in rooms not working properly and no elevators. Service of course is amazing, it is Mexico!!!…the property is just not in line with the quality of people they have

nice resort with friendly staff and lot off activities , but beach was not usable on this time of the year

The food was very good. The staff at check in were not friendly and told us we would get a tour of the hotel and never got one. The room was hot, no AC was working and the beverage friedge was not working, sliding door was open amd broken lock.

Loved our villa, but besides the resort was only ok. Some staff we re wonderful, others felt like you were bothering them when you asked them for anything. The acrobatic show was great. the pool was on the hotter side due to it being August (understandable but wish they would’ve pumped cold water into it), and the beach was not usable due to the sargassum, but again that is not the resorts fault.

It was the only hotel in the area that had the beach dirty. Not only the sargasso but also trash. The hotel next to it kept their beach clean from sargasso
