Dubai Grand hyatt is very ugly, not honest on the front desk. What a shame the grand hyatt dubai is like this. New year at this hotel was the worst experience for our holiday. We are required to pay an additional 11 million for additional payment for the room even though we don't join Galadinner! For the new year night, we paid 16,000,000 rupiah per night but did not satisfy and even disappointed us. 👎
