Always wanted to go there. Still some work being done around the city. So the view is not that great yet. Great hotel.

I always wanted to stay there and i finally did. My only critic is there is a lot of constructions being done in the city so for now the view is not that great yet. Pool is very nice, the bar and casinos . I wish they stayed open later. Can't have a bar that closes at 2am c'mon.

Estancia fantástica – lo recomiendo a todos! Tuve una experiencia increíble en este hotel. Todo estaba perfectamente cuidado. El hotel es hermoso y lujoso, realmente impresionante. Las habitaciones estaban decoradas con mucho estilo y eran muy cómodas. El personal fue súper amable y atento – un servicio de primera de principio a fin. El servicio VIP fue espectacular, hizo que mi estancia fuera aún más especial. Recomiendo este hotel a todos los que buscan una experiencia de lujo, relajación y excelente atención. ¡Sin duda volveré!

The customer service was really but, the person in the counter told me that the vip don't work for them, only if I pay $48 dollars extra, they waitresses in the breakfast buffet, was very rude, I asked for water and they ignored me, later I requested coffe and they did the same thing, I went to complain in the front desk, I never will cone back to Barcelo, what a disappointment

I don't feel comfortable this time. They got inside of my room without my authorization and removed some stuff from there
