Nice staff. Great location. Unfortunately the coffee bar area was never cleaned and never working. The space in the hotel to sit with family was great. And the rooms were nice.

Clean rooms, courteous staff!

Worth the price. Very good staff and room. Daily Continental breakfast included if you book with the hotel. A lot of complimentary teas, hot chocolate, lemon water etc. Street parking availability with an app for payment. Walking distance to beautiful Christmas streets, markets, restaurants.

The room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. Easy walking distance to popular sights.

This was a wonderful stay! Quebec is incredible. The Saint Pierre is right at the bottom of the old city. Our daily walk in was a breeze and everything was nearby. The staff was excellent. Our room was cozy with comfy, fleece robes provided and high end Occitane bath products. We really enjoyed sitting by the fire and the complimentary coffee & hot chocolate every time we came in from the cold. A museum is across the street and lots of cute shops. I would stay here again.

Hotel is charming and made our Christmas market experience complete. Staff were welcoming & professional. Our room was a warm inviting retreat after cold days in the outdoors. Everything was in an easy walk from hotels old Quebec City location. We loved this place and will plan a return visit for sure!!!
