Room was missing soap, bathmat, proper installation of floor as floor creaked in various spots. Missing coffee mugs, towels, and bath mats. Bath glass shower door would not close as not balanced. Shampoo dispensers empty. Air extractor in bathroom sounded like an over run plane engine. Check in reception staff aggressive and appeared upset that I utilized Expedia for my reservations.
Compliment to the repair technicians and the bellboys who were very helpful!
Everything could be great but the housekeepers need training as they were new and the reception staff could benefit from customer service training versus being rough with guests and their support staff. My belief that attention to the small details make a big difference!
