Great place to stay. Booked last minute for one night only, but ended up staying another just because of staff, guests and condition of the property another plus price is so acceptable to your wallet. Definately recomend this property to my friends and family. Next time i am in Tallinn will stay here

The room we were first assigned had not been cleaned yet. However, we were given another room right away. That room was great, staff excellent. Appreciate the eco friendly services. It was convenient for our ferry ride the next morning. Nice restaurant within 5-10 minutes walking near the water.

The ORU is very nice in appearance, its breakfasts are great. We arrived late, 10 pm, on the first night. The heat was on in the room. It was between 75 and 80 degrees F. I shut off the heat and tried to find a way to cool the room. My wife and I like to sleep around 68 degrees F as recommended by the National Sleep Institute. I went to the front desk and told the clerk the room was too warm and I could not find a way to cool it. He came to the room and the control panel was not active. A sign on the wall said they "turned off the air conditioning at the end of summer" This was October 7. The clerk said he would have them turn it on. It was never on during the next ten days. We could not sleep that first night because of the heat. The next day we brought in a fan. By leaving the window open continuously and running the fan we could get the temperature down. The street workers worked until midnight each night and with the window open it was noisy. While the rooms did not have AC, their restaurant did. The bathroom doorway had a square piece of wood across the opening at the floor. It did not taper to the floor. I stubbed my toe on it several times.

Beautiful room which was well laid out with a fantastic shower room. Loved the refillable water bottles and fridge drawer. Most comfortable bed. Great facilities and good breakfast in the morning with lots of choice. Staff were extremely nice even offering to pack up a breakfast for me to have at the airport for my early flight. My room was however very near the main road and at busy times could be quite noisy even with soundproofing. However really only noticed it on the 1st night as had migraine and sounds really affect it. Otherwise background noise.

Extended my stay as this hotel was better than expected

Everything was very neat and clean and tidy. Staff was helpful and accomodated my needs for an early check out for 5:00am as well. They went out of their way to make sure I had an early buffet breakfast which was great!

Overall great hotel. Excellet staff Breakfast was awesome and unusually for me tried the restaurant food and was so Impressed ate their a second time Nice room. Only small fault was location which in winter is a little bleak and exposed around the park area but would be a joy in Better weather Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again

The hotel is nice but a bit far from town but easy accessible by a short taxi ride. But the address is not show accurately on GoggleMap. I was asking my taxi driver where we are going when I thought he’s passed the destination. Glad that he know this place by name and did not count on the address I provided.

The Hotel is very clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is not too far from old town. Quite convenient by local bus.

The hotel is near kadriorg park just five minutes on foot. There is a bus station. It is convenient to downtown. It is also near coast. It is fit for self-driving tourists.
