Staff is snooty and generally unwelcoming and the hotel is really only just on a few floors and the rest of a high-rise apartment complex. There is absolutely no view from the rooms despite the name. The windows are definitely not sound proof - you can hear the road noise, the locals squabbling, and every single sound from the main street.
The water was lukewarm at best and there excuse was building maintenance, but if they knew this was an issue, why allow guests?
The room was nice, but the TV insanely small for the distance from any viewing distance. It was inexpensive, so that's the trade-off I suppose.
Mississauga is not interesting at all: think The Bronx minus the allure. We did find some nice restaurants, and the waterfront was nice, but the hotel not worth writing home about.
