I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. To start, I accidentally made a second reservation for the following weekend and reached out immediately, but the manager refused to issue a refund or make any accommodations, which felt very unreasonable. During my stay, there was major ongoing construction right next door and looks like it will take a year or 2 to complete, creating constant noise and disruption that made it difficult to relax. On top of that, I was charged an additional $20 per night for my daughter to stay in the room, with no clear explanation or justification. The room itself had several issues as well. The toilet repeatedly clogged for no apparent reason, which was both inconvenient and unpleasant. The towels provided were extremely rough—more like sandpaper than something you’d expect from a hotel. Lastly, the beds were very firm and became increasingly uncomfortable after multiple nights, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, between the poor customer service and the numerous comfort issues, I would not choose to stay here again.

My only concern was no coffee in the room and not available until 6:30 am

We enjoyed this hotel so much that we came back just a few weeks later. Very clean, modern, and nice inside. The staff are always kind and eager to help. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains are a nice touch. My husband and I came this second time for a fun little day trip. There is a great gastro park right across the street that we ate at and ending the night in the jacuzzi was the cherry on top. I paid the extra $22 for the breakfast buffet for the 2 of us and it was so worth it. All the food is delicious. We will definitely be back soon!

Everything was amazing. Safe, clean, and very professional. I just wished the had a mini fridge. My dinner was a Aguachiles and unfortunately had to throw it away. Mini fridge would be amazing in all rooms. I stayed in a regular 1 bed so idk if higher suites had them.

Clean room. Great staff and a restaurant downstairs with pretty decent food and geat fresh fruit and walking distance to a food court and pharmacy which was pretty nice. The worst part about the property no vending machines. No restaurants. No, nothing to drink or eat late so make sure you bring it with you.

Place is really nice, the only reason I don’t give it a 5 star, my last night I had no water service in my room, I was told a line broke

It was clean, The only things I didn’t like was the room was for 3 and we only had bath towels for 2 and no wash cloths. Also had to call and ask for an Iron. Also had to wait at check out for room to be checked before we left to make sure it was ok.

Clean room, very attentive staff, hot tub was great!

Don’t plan on coming back! The Front Desk person needs some counseling on how to help customers with their questions.
