I booked it because a pool was advertised but the pool had no water in it and wasn't usable during my stay. I could have booked a muxh less expensive hotel without a pool had I been made aware.

Issue with blinds in room did end up changing rooms which was great

Pool was closed, laundry closed, breakfast was always out of items, rooms stunk, a/c was terrible, ice machines didn’t work half the time

It was a great place to stay that was really close to the horse show we were at

Pool wasn’t working, driers were out of order and not working, which we really needed since we were there playing a softball tournament. Also quite a few of our group had to move rooms because the A/C wasn’t working in the rooms. Very disappointing!

Check in and staff were excellent. Now for the downside, we had several members of a Youth softball tournament staying at this motel they were very disappointed that the pool was not available for use and their parents were very disappointed that the washer And dryers were not working well.

This hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The pool did not have water in it and based on the price I wouldn't have paid that had I of known the pool was not usable.

It was clean, however the bed was too soft.

Very clean! Bed was very comfortable, room was nicely decorated. Breakfast was good. Parking lot was well lit as were the hallways.

Great hotel! Pet friendly, great breakfast, very clean & friendly staff. Very safe area. Large grassy area for the pets. The hotel even supplied us with a list of local stores & restaurants with addresses & phone numbers going above & beyond for their guests!!

Good steak restaurant in walking distance

This hotel was great. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Our only complaint is that the pool was not open.

Front desk was very quick, polite and helpful. check in was fast. room was nice, clean and comfortable.

The entire housekeeping staff quit on our day of arrival for a large horse show with dozens and dozens of families with small children. The property never contacted anyone to let them know of the situation. Instead everyone arrived and was put on a paper waiting list while an emergency crew was hired to come in and start cleaning...at 6pm. Families were all over the lobby, sleeping in chairs, sleeping in cars, trying to get comfortable while people waited till 2:30 in the morning for rooms. We weren't allowed to clean our own rooms, couldn't access the gym for filtered water, were told we could have the WiFi password once we got a room as that was part of the login in. Everyone was trapped. I have pictures of the rooms we eventually received that had vomit in the trash can, dirt in the shower, a mess left in the toilet etc. Then a fire alarm went off at 2:30 am and one of the emergency cleaners had a panic attack and needed medical attention (not her fault/clearly in a stressful situation beyond measure). I tried speaking with Amber, Miranda and Mike and no one was willing to provide a room reduction or price offset. Do not ever stay here.
