Large room with everything I needed. Didn’t even need to leave the hotel. Healthy food options right across the street. Very clean. Great experience.

Staff were all very nice and helpful. Room was clean. My room was right above dumpsters (I think), so pickups started at a very early hour and continued on from 4am. Recommend requesting a room on street side (Mercer St.) as it's a relatively quiet street.

This is a great hotel to stay at in Toronto, the best I've been at so far.

Always a pleasant stay. The room is spectacular. There was a tapping noise in my room that they could not place and the staff was accommodating to work out a resolution. I will stay again.

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely amazing staycation here…we upgraded to the premium room which had gorgeous decor (in our opinion of course) and one of the best showers I’ve enjoyed anywhere. So walkable to amazing restaurants and cocktail bars. We knew it would be a quality place, but it really exceeded our expectations. We’ll be back!

Clean room and friendly staff

A high-end hotel - as indicated by the room quality, the excellent staff, the location, and the decor, among other things - this is hands down my favourite stay in Toronto, and I'm here often.

We went to KoST down the street on the 44th floor exceptional view and food!

Such a wonderful hotel. We love all the Le Germain Hotel’s we have stayed in. We stayed at the one on Mercer St in Toronto for my wife’s birthday. When checking in, they heard it was her birthday, they left in our room a lovely hand written note wishing her happy birthday with some delicious snacks. Such a great little gesture that will bring us back again and again.

Overall the hotel was nice and the room was large. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room did not work well at all and never got under 72 when set at 65, and there was a nonstop loud sound coming from the bathroom ceiling the entire time.

The room was spotless and the staff was great
