Very nice and very clean

Pour un séjour de 24hrs avec mon enfant la pire expérience…Système de chauffage très difficile à comprendre. Délais pour l’attente pour venir vérifier le chauffage a été extrêmement long. J’ai du attendre 2heure avant qu’il vienne dans la chambre. Frigidaires qui refroidit pas j’ai perdu ma nourriture… une colonie fourmis sur le sol…. Aucune comparaison n’a été offert

In the middle of renovations I guess that is why I got a great price the restaurant that was open the last time I stayed here is now closed

I found the staff to be very helpful and they seemed to like their jobs. There has been a major effort to renovate and there are some little things to improve. Bath stopper, standard pillows....all in all, hotel gave good value. I was there for ten days but did not use the swimming pool or the work out area. Breakfasts were fine.

My room was clean. And the staff helped me at the breakfast. It was a nice stay.

It's clean, it's quiet, it was good.

Air and heating was noisy, parking lot is not managed properly and limited space. Property has bad odor, gym facilities have a bad odor and pool can fit 4 people max. This is a 1 star hotel in a poor economical neighborhood. Bathrooms are small and toilet does not flush good. Water has an odor. Never staying here again

Room was a bit run down but overall it wa clean and staff was friendly. Close to metro station.

Pool is in good condition, breakfast is good.

The pool was gross and peeling and there were empty liquor bottles on the deck. The room they gave us had a jammed door, so we went to a different room. The keys didn't work unless you swiped it 5+ times. We ended up checking out early and staying somewhere else.

this hotel is absolutely disgusting it’s not kept in good condition, the shower had debris all over it and the pillows were like rocks, they charge you for parking and do not guarantee you a parking spot I would not recommend you stay here.

Weather conditions would have improved the ratings outside of the property. Staff assistance was excellent!

The bed was very comfortable, but I wish I had a full pillow, rather than just a cousin to share the bed with. The staff was very nice, and we got a breakfast to go because are flight was at 6:00 am, and the breakfast was very good. The pool is small, but the water is hot, so we really enjoyed.

The enclosed indoor pool room smelled really “moldy”. Water was not moving and the whole room was dark There was no meat option in the much awaited “highly rated breakfast “. Very disappointing

Part of it is undergoing renovation, so I had to walk around to find my room without much explanation, but my biggest problem was that I had to pay for a parking space, and it's first come, first served. A lot of things need to be rethought at this establishment

Tres peu d'option de collation ou nourriture disponible en dehors des heures du petit-dejeuner, chambre tres banal, le lit etait bruyant, douche malpropre et papier toilette dure a avoir

The hotel needs renovation, I had wasted my time and money in this hotel. It was very dirty and had bad smell. Sinks were so dirty, I had to move out immediately from there.i do not recommend to stay there. Don’t waste your money.

You got what you paid for average, the bed was okay, enough towel, the room was cleaned. However, the shower curtain couldn't stay in place, so water went all over the bathroom floor

Pool was green and dirty. Dry wall falling all around the area. Hallways smelled of cigarettes and a lot of damage.
