The Property owners were very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean but very dated and small, mattress needs replacing, no cold water and not enough milk in the fridge. Although it is in a very handy position, an outside sitting area would have been nice.Would probably not stay there again

Outstanding facilities clean and within easy walking distance of all town services

For the price range we found the Pigeon House pretty good. It was clean, quiet , well maintained and the bed comfortable. No frills but that is fair given the price and location.

Room was quite spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and shower was hot with good water pressure. Little pool which is nice for a quick dip to cool down on a warm day. Great place for a night or two when visiting the Ulladulla area.

Excellent location, close to shops, restaurants and the harbour. Very friendly and helpful owners. Clean and comfortable room. We loved the provision of cutlery and crockery so you're able to have your own food if you choose to. The only minor down side was that it's on a busy road so there is a bit of traffic noise, but the good points far outweigh the not so good. We would definitely stay here again.
