I arrived at 16:35 on Saturday. Prior to my arrival, I received text message asking me to fill forms and pay deposit online, and I did so before driving to the hotel.
However, there are many guests waiting and only one staff member working at the check-in desk, and I had to wait 25min before being serviced.
Apparently the hotel is hosting "SUAS 2025" race teams.
Given the known high demand, shouldn't they schedule more staff members?
