It was a good stay,

Excellent hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, nice accommodations!

The hotel was satisfactory and the staff was very responsive to our requests. There is no elevator but they did have a bell hop to assist and a good shuttle service to the airport. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed here the night before my flight home & my experience was great, rooms were clean, staff was super friendly & helpful & breakfast was delicious.

This is not the place for a good night of sleep before an early morning flight. Family checked in to the room on the second floor, directly above me around 9:15. The thumping and bumping and heavy steps above me commenced, complete with squeaky ceiling sounds that I heard very clearly, even with ear plugs. The last time I was jolted awake was at 11:45. I did text the service desk to ask what they could do, to which they replied that they would remind the guests of "quiet time," after 10pm, but this didn’t seem to make a difference. As for the room, the open clothes rack is a bit tacky. I won’t be staying here again.

Shuttle to airport was convenient

I don’t know WHY this property is rated 8/10 cause it’s definitely not - 5/10 AT BEST. Very old rooms and building. SKETCHY/unsafe area. Our room door barely closed. No elevator. Breakfast was decent and beds were comfy. It is located near many restaurants and it’s closed to the airport.

We stayed one night and had no issues at the hotel. There is no elevator but they probably stated that on the webpage. There are signs all around the parking lot saying not to leave any valuables in the car. We had no problems but it did give a bit of an uncomfortable feeling. But our stay was good. The property could use a little refurb.

Great stay my go to when going to ABQ airport

Great staff! Older property, so the place shows that. Beds were comfy though. And rooms had been redone. I was delighted and surprised that they had extended airport parking for a very reasonable daily rate. 24 hour shuttle to airport. Some loud running water sounds near our room. Breakfast was just fine. And…very good staff!

Convenient to the airport and they offer an airport shuttle. I appreciated having a guest laundry on site. The staff are friendly, the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet; I slept great. There are 2 restaurants in easy walking distance and many more in close driving distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay on our sports trip. Property is dated but the price is good! Staff were excellent!
