Excellent facility and Service.

This is the second time we stayed at the Eden hotel. It has an amazing indoor pool (open in the winter too) and great outdoor facilities (some closed in the winter). But the best part for our family is the clean comfortable rooms. We got a room with three beds which accommodated my husband and I and the kids, without having to pull out any sofa beds. Breakfast is not included, and we did not get to try the restaurants since we got there late and had to leave early. Bathrooms are nice, including lobby bathrooms!

There were children on the 18 and over floor.

The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The pool side view and walk out to it was also convenient. Having a desk for lap top use was helpful. The bag of delicious chocolates was a nice and appreciated touch. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was great, but not free We were disapointed not being able to eat dinner in the better dining room. They had a wedding there. A good part of booking there was because we were told the dinning room was great and we dident have to leave the resort.

Beautiful please would definitely go back.

Everything was nice except that we would have liked an opportunity to stay in a room on the same side of the pool and hot tub. We felt uncomfortable tracking through the main lobby back to our room (#292) on the other side of the complex.

They need to fix bathrooms

Awesome place!!

Hotel was beautiful. Staff was great. Room was large and comfortable however we were kept up most of the night due to loud neighbors above us and next door. Felt like I could hear everything like the walls were a little thin.

Everything was perfect, beautiful property, Arthur’s n Bistro 22 had delicious food and our room was very comfortable. Highly recommend Eden Resort!
